Arrived very securely packaged
Arrived very securely packaged. Pizza United took time to confirm address details as our address does not yet register on a number of delivery companies databases, and then checked that it had arrived safely

The pizza oven was a Christmas gift and I now have feedback from them that they are delighted with the oven and it works according to the instructions. 5 hungry people in the family to feed and they all have their pizzas quickly.

Good pizza
Order and delivery service for the pizza cooker was excellent - arrived within 24 hours. Used it for the first time yesterday and was very pleased. Pizza base cooked through nicely (not soggy like when cooked in a standard oven). Best to keep the topping away from the edge so it doesn't spill over.

Poor customer service
I ordered a madia in October to be shipped internationally as a birthday gift. The tracking has been terrible-I simply stopped getting notifications. It’s now December 5th….weeks past my friend’s birthday and he has still not yet received his package. Pizza United sends polite emails that are completely useless, just making excuses for the poor tracking rather than actually doing something about it.

Risposta di Pizza United
Dear Customer.
We are very sorry for your experience. As you can see, a lot of opinions are very good, and this is a very rare situation and it is not dependent on us. We have to collaborate with the standard delivery companies, and delays or missing of items sometimes happen. Especially with international deliveries.
Also, we'd like to assure you that we would do something if we would know about the situation. You have contacted us 2 weeks ago last time.
The address you sent us wasn't enough specific and it was rejected by the international courier and we had to confirm the new one with you.
We'd like to mention your special request which has been delivered free of charge by our company. You were very happy with that.
Dear Customer, we are doing our best and we providing the best service. You can find a lot of proof of it in the opinions of many other customers. This is a situation which can happen during the delivery of the parcel.
We hope, you understand our explanaiton. All the best.
Delicious pizzas!
