Lovely service at Pittis, so accommodating and helpful, Jo and Chris were brilliant - good people! :)

Jodie and Imogen were very professional, explained everything when transitioning over to a tenancy with Pittis. Lovely and personable, assets to the company.

We recently contacted Pittis Ventnor office to value our home after an extensive renovation. We were not particularly looking to go on the market immediately but some time in the near future. Our appraisal was carried out by Ryan Godley and from our first meeting we could not have been more impressed by his professional manner. The market is difficult at the moment, and we wanted an honest and realistic discussion and this is exactly what Ryan offered and subsequently followed up our meeting with an exceptional level of communication. We were very encouraged by his extensive knowledge of the market and he offered really good advice how to market our house to achieve the best price possible by working WITH us….. not for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Pittis.

We would highly recommend Pittis, Newport, IW. Their customer service has been second to none. Neil Hewitt, Jamie Gallop, Coral Payne & All of Pittis Team have been exemplary in providing helpful advice and in a professional manner. They are friendly and offer realistic guidance and advice. They respond efficiently to emails, phone calls and appointments swiftly along with supportive approaches to my husband and myself. We would rate them 10/10

They supported us all the way through even though we entered the market at the wrong time and it took longer than normal to get a buyer. When a buyer was found things moved very smoothly and quickly with Jo Lacey and Chris Smith helping with any hold ups encountered.

A fantastic service from Jo Lacey and the team at pittis Shanklin every thing I needed to be arranged or rearranged was never a problem

Imogen was fantastic from the beginning with helping us find our cottage up to when our son moved in. Always helpful, friendly and able to assist with any queries that we had. Thank you also to Jodie who although we didn't have as much contact with, when we did again was also so helpful.

Imogen Jodie and Teresa were great help during our move. They are a credit to pittis and throughout the whole process I was kept in the loop and it was plain sailing. I would recommend using them for anyone wishing to move in the future

Connor Gregory from Pittis in Freshwater was very helpful and knowledgeable when looking for our house. Help us with getting a mortgage advisor and solicitor.

We would like to say that the entire team at the Newport branch have been wonderful, caring and professional.
Nothing was too much trouble, they listened and helped us through the whole process, even taking our ID photographs, as we are not technically minded!
We cannot recommend them highly enough, they are a great team.

Lauren White is amazing! She has been so proactive in trying to find us a house to buy, including video viewings when we couldn't be there in person. She has listened and understood what it is we are looking for, and always gone beyond expectation. And all with enthusiasm and a big smile on her face! Whenever I have called the office, everyone on the phone has always been so polite and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Pittis!

The Pittis team in ryde was amazing. They made the process go smoothly from the start to finish. This made the experience as less stressful as it could have been been. The sale of my house has been an epic journey! The market has been unpredictable and there was limited interest and a sale fell though. However, Chris Smith and Jo Lacey and the team at the Shanklin branch have been tenacious and dedicated in getting me the best price and getting the sale across the line. I have appreciated their support and advice and how well they kept me up to date. Their persistence certainly paid off and I’m very grateful!

We are hoping to move to the island from the mainland. We called pittis in sandown to arrange some viewings. We spoke with Vicky who was very friendly and helpful. She asked what we require from our future home then suggested further properties to see. The properties suggested included all our requirements and Vicky was available for all our viewings. Vicky made us feel very comfortable and welcome and took our ideas into consideration. We have now put an offer in for what will hopefully be our new home.
