Pioneerfinance.co.uk Recensioni

I would recommend Tom at Pioneer Finance. He did an amazing job in securing the car I wanted with the best rates. He was on top of things and got my finance sorted without any issues in less than a day.

Had a great experience with Charlie / Pioneer, looked at a car on Wednesday and then picked up on Saturday. All the finance got sorted very quickly. Would use again.

I had a fantastic experience with Charlie. He helped me from start to finish and I couldn’t fault him. I would highly recommend both Pioneer and Charlie to anyone.

From the second I enquired with Tom regarding finance, he was super helpful and friendly.
He was referred to me by a friend and I'm glad he was. During the hunt for 'the one' he would send me leads and options he had seen become available - which was very helpful and showed he was taking me seriously. (I had experienced some companies not quite taking me seriously with the search...)
Anyway, he walked me through the docs and explained anything I had questions about, he was incredibly supportive & patient with me (I was rather nervous!) through the process and kept me updated on everything too.
I must also mention Chloe helping me with some silly questions re: paperwork - she was ace too!
I would highly recommend Pioneer as they have been nothing but amazing! Will defo refer and use again.

A huge thank you to Mike and the team at Pioneer Finance for being absolutely outstanding!!

They guided me through every step of the way through financing my SVR, offering clear and helpful advice, and making the whole process seamless.

No hassle and a stress free experience. Just professional services delivered as promised.

Thank you!

Nothing other than a brilliant experience with Mike at Pioneer , very step from contact to completion was smooth and customer service was spot on. Would reccomend

Tom was extremely helpful from start to finish in buying my Toyota Supra. When I was looking for a car, he would give me finance quotes on any example I sent him. Once I found the right car, he quickly sorted the finance and allowed me to pick the car up by the end of the week. I’ll definitely be using Pioneer again for future car purchases.

My experience with Pioneer finance was excellent. They helped me get finance on my dream car that I never thought was possible at an incredible rate. Customer service is fast and very helpful. I dealt with Tom and he certainly knows his stuff. No faults. Strongly recommend.

I have used Pioneer to finance a number of cars. Every time the experience is beyond exceptional. The level of communication, customer experience and professional guidance is second to none. Tom does everything he can to meet the needs of the customer. Don't look anywhere else for asset finance.

Cannot thank the Pioneer Team enough - after a year of discussions on lenders, car options and with a new business set up I'm finally proud to be the new owner of an Aston Martin!!
Tom has been incredibly helpful, insightful and supportive throughout the process but especially patient while we look at options over a number of months.
The operations team were brilliant and really helped to push through the final stages of the purchase around some tight deadlines!!

Cannot recommend them enough and will be passing their name on to anyone thinking of a new vehicle purchase!!

Outstanding professional and personal service from Tom. I'd 100% recommend Pioneer Finance and will definitely be back in the future. I had a fantastic rate on my car finance better than any dealer rate. Thanks Tom

I have used Tom at Pioneer for two of my cars over the last few years. Both were slightly more complicated as they involved refinancing (Audi A5 and BMW M440i both from main dealer). Without fault, he managed the whole process on both cars, keeping me up to date via email / WhatsApp throughout. He was always available for quick questions and went out of his way to minimise the effort needed on my side. I will be using Pioneer for my next car and I’m sure the ones after that as well. Excellent service and great guy.

Introduced my brother as well and he also had a great experience financing his c43 Mercedes.

Michael and the team at Pioneer Finance were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. You’re dealing with a team who are as passionate about cars as their own business, complete with a personal and professional service. Michael also went the extra mile (quite literally) by assisting me with the logistics and safe delivery of my vehicle. Highly recommended! Thanks again Pioneer.

We recently worked with Michael and Chloe and we are so pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and straightforward, they handled everything with the utmost professionalism.
One of the standout aspects of our experience was their exceptional communication. The team was always prompt, clear, and thorough in their responses, ensuring that we were informed and comfortable at every stage.
We highly recommend them to anyone in need of financial services.
Thank you guys!

Phenomenal service yet again from Michael and the team at Pioneer Finance! They are such a pleasure to deal with and go over and above to ensure everything goes smoothly. Recommend them 100%

I couldn’t be happier with the experience with everyone at Pioneer Finance. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike and he was excellent from start to finish, making sure I was up to date with everything going on at all times. Excellent customer service, making it a stress free process and all super quick! Highly recommend Pioneer Finance

This was my second time using Pioneer, and their service both times was outstanding. Seamless from start to finish, excellent communication and turnaround time. Wouldn't bother with any other broker.

Tom and the Team secured me a R8 and. GLC Coupe the turnaround and attention to detail is second to none. My old broker seems to have forgotten what personal service is and this is what pioneer excels at! There isn't another broker to use in my opinion.

I recently worked with Pioneer to sort out the finances for my new car, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Tom was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and always available to answer my questions. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, I was able to secure a fantastic deal. I highly recommend Tom for anyone looking to finance a vehicle!

Excellent communication throughout the process and Tom was able to get through an application very quickly so I could collect my car within a week. Would definitely recommend and use again.
