I never received my package and I was sent another one free of charge and I really appreciate that. I will definitely be back to the site to buy more awesome stuff that you have to offer. Thank you again for the quick response and the item shipped again!

The representative that sent me the…

The representative that sent me the email about my situation was clear and concise as to where I could find the travel bag and it was there. I thank you for all your help and your company for making a very great product! I could not believe how great the bag looks and feels incredible. I thought about a couple other companies because I work at a golf course and have seen every type of bag. Pins and Aces is one that I don’t see as much as the others but I would have to say that the people who have the other bags wasted $100-$200 on bags that don’t have the components your bags have.

Got sent the wrong shirt

Got sent the wrong shirt, one I already had purchased. I reached out and they responded by sending a new, correct shirt right away. 3or 4th order with them because of how much I love the designs and quality.
