Due to technical issues on my part, it appears, I thought they had not responded to my email, call. But it appears they had, so with that being said, Finally made a connection via him leaving me a voice mail. Thomas was so nice and helpful. I have to agree with other reviews that customer service is awesome. Could not be happier.

I made a fairly casual complaint/comment/observation about being hounded to complete a purchase that i had already completed. I didn’t expect a response really. But I got a response and I think it was from a person, not a chatbot.

Even though my store credit had expired a short time before I tried to use it, as I was not given the expiration date when I received the store credit and didn't know it had expired, she was gracious enough to reissue the credit.
