Bought an £85 knife set from this company, I have received no email confirmations, no replies and no knives being delivered!!

I have tried contacting the company many times with no replies.

I tried writing a review on their website, however, this has not been posted.

This company should be avoided at all costs.
I purchased a ring light for my daughter for Christmas.
This item is not fit for purpose, it is dangerous and does not stand flush to the floor making it very unstable.
The item does not extend to 160cm as advised and is very poor quality as was the packaging.
Please see below my email from today, I have sent 10 plus emails with no resolution.

I do not usually take to the internet to complain but I am completely frustrated by the lack of customer service in resolving this issue.

I have also posted a review directly to the website to try to protect other customers however I doubt this will appear.
Could you please advise or update me about where we are in the complaints procedure.
I initially complained about my issue on Christmas day and we are no further forward.

This product is not fit for purpose, it does not stand flush to the floor making the unit unstable and dangerous. The item is not of satisfactory quality, it is cheap and flimsy as was the packaging. The item also does not extend to 160 cm as advised.

Please can you contact me as soon as possible to arrange a refund and advise me when someone will collect this item.

Will my concern be addressed quicker if I add my comments to your website?

I purchased 6 chairseat covers, which when they did arrive, were ok but not suitable for my oak chairs, inside the parcel no invoice or some sort of paperwork, so I tried emailing company, after 14 attempts, I can't get any sense from the unhelpful company, I was told after the 6th email I was told that they referred it to their supervisor, which NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER then I was repeatedly told for refunds check website, I did and nowhere does it give any information except, that : email the to get a refund form, I did this 7 times, then it went back to an apology of misunderstanding, then back to no communication. It keeps going round and round, absolutely the BIGGEST SCAM EVER, I would never have ordered from them if I knew that it was not UK BASED COMPANY. I
have TRIED AND EXHAUSTED, AS YOU DONT HAVE ANY COPIES OF AN ORDER NO ACCOUNT.
I URGE PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY, IF YOU DO you will loose your money,get upset and time wasted.i spent approx £45 with delivery and am gutted, that companies like these can con people and get away with it.
So I WILL REPEAT STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS NASTY COMPANY.

I bought some led strip lights about 3 hours ago I thought the site looked dodge but followed through obviously should have come on here first as I haven’t received a confirmation email or message yet and I cannot cancel the order. DO NOT BUY 100% scam

I ordered led lights about a month ago, and judging by these reviews ill never get them . SCAM

I ordered LED lights and I ordered them a while ago and I haven’t even got an email or text message about anything and I still haven’t got them.

I was a bit sceptical about the chair covers being the best quality and fit when ordered. But am very happy to say they where really good quality and fit perfectly even though my chairs are not a regular shape. I will definitely be buying another set to brighten up my chairs for the spring. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered seat covers for dining room chairs. When they eventually arrived I noticed one has has a fault in the fabric right across the middle of it and they are not the quality I was expecting. I have been trying to send them back, sending photos & emails to the company but receive emails in response which make no sense at all. No returns label or delivery note in package. I wouldn't give them any stars if it was possible to do so. Really disappointed.

I dont get why people are saying bad thing about this company I ordered a set of knife i got them not on time due to covid but I still got what I order and I love them

Absolutely fantastic customer service and quality of product. My dining room chairs are leather and old and tired with strains in areas of use. I bought dining chair covers from Pinkyshop and they are a perfect fit and really look amazing at such a reasonable price. Efficient in delivery I received them after two days. I would recommend this website in its excellent product quality and efficiency.

Absolutely dreadful service.
You think the amount you actually pay for this companies products and how much they charge you'd get good service.
But I have had an email stating my order has been shipped yet the tracking number doesn't work.
You can't even take this further.

Very poor customer service. Item sent was the wrong colour, after several attempts to contact for a return /refund no response!

The products received, being a set of five Japanese knives are OK , but nowhere near the quality expectations as advertised. No metal quality stamp to establish what the metal quality is, as would be expected. Customer service is offensive and reluctant to be helpful when there is an issue. Delivery is really slow even thought you receive a notification that the Royal Mail has received a request they will receive your parcel, and 16 days later - parcel arrived. Two knives damaged in the etching process to make the knices look like damascus blades.Trying to get replacements was a nightmare. Their goods are cheap for a reason and if you feel anything is a bargain, there is a reason - you don't get a Rolls Royce for Mini Money - avoid Pinky Shop .
