Poor communication, Tracking number was useless. No customer service m a rip off and best avoided

I placed my order on November 3rd, and now it’s November 12th. I checked the tracking number, and my order hasn’t even been taken to the post office yet 🤦‍♂️. I’m already disappointed — I just hope the knives are at least good quality.

I bought a set of knives on October 7th and received them at home on October 20th. I discovered they weren't worth £50. On October 22nd, I contacted Pinky Shop to request a return. Today, October 31st, I'm still waiting for a response. Ridiculous, I wouldn't recommend this online store to anyone. You'll regret it, believe me.

Very bad communication, very long delivery time. Knives they are selling have no any Japanese iron blade sertificate, no name Company was made this knives. It's cheap Japanese knifes copy for big money. Waiting for refund.

Placed the order, pinkyshop confirmed order. Pinkyshop email stated that the item had been shipped & gave a parcelforce tracking number. Parcelforce tracking shows that the item was given the tracking number but the item has not entered their system. This has been the case for an awful long time & I now suspect that the order will not be sent. I have been unable to contact pinkyshop as all contact us details given by pinkyshop do not respond. Avoid, avoid, AVOID

Arrived in a fortnight. Good quality. Will use pinkyshop again.

SCAM - product was not fit for purpose for which it was sold.

Company appears to be based in Morocco, refuses to provide full refund despite being legally obligated to, will not provide returns information either. Absolute scam.

Thankfully legal now involved.

If I could write it 0 out of 5, I would.
I emailed six times to complain about a knife I had bought for my sister who had used it and it snapped and got ignored, seven emails in and still no response.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Morally, I would never buy from this company again.

The knifes i purchased have started to show signs of rust. After little use and only few months old.

The product I was sold was a cheap imitation of a high quality product. They are refusing to offer a refund.

Really I wanted to not put any stars but I couldn't so I'm just going to say I will never use this shop again sent the parcel never let me know never had a signature when they left it with neighbours and never left a card saying with who so I never had the items which where Japanese knives for my dad they should have had to sign for it and leave a card to let me know where they where because I checked I have sent emails every day sometimes 3 times aday thanks god I paid with credit card DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP

Bought chair covers from Pinkyshop. On reading reviews I thought I had made a huge mistake as there is minimal communication once payment is made. However 4 chair covers arrived today and they are perfect, as described on website and good quality fabric.

Product turned up as was pleasantly surprised. As others have mentioned don't expect "Prime" delivery and don't expect any kind of updates or contact ! If i'm honest i was actually holding my breath to expect a great deal or anything at all, as bad as that sounds, having read the reviews!! My experience was positive as the knives turned up and so far seem decent quality ! Happy Days !!

As with everything these days you have to do your research, this company fooled me by adding .co to their company name as I tend to only buy from uk sellers these days due to quality issues and these chinese firms selling crap products in our country, I never buy from Intagram,facebook or amazon as its all fake over priced garbage. this company give you a false tracking link but the product does eventually arrived after 2 weeks, knifes are sharp, we'll have to see how long they last, quality is not worth the money, paying uk prices for sub standard chinese quality, annoying.

Japanese knife set is excellent.
Arrived 11 days after order.
I can certainly recommend this site, but do not use if you expect 'Amazon' like service.
Tracking number did not work and communication was poor.
5 star product (and very good price). Gave 4 stars just due to the delivery service.

I had no communication trying to email, although I did have tracking. It took 11 days for the Japanese knives to come which isn’t too bad considering it’s from china to uk. I was sceptical after reading reviews on here but the order arrived and all in good condition.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This is a scam avoid at all costs
I purchased a kitchen knife set 2 weeks ago they were quick enough to take your money and supply a tracking number but the truth is they never dispatched to Royal Mail !!
The phone number just takes you to an automated service and their website is about as reliable as a chocolate fire guard!! Barclays are now claiming the money back
Lesson learned for me !!

Order 16.11.24 and delivery came 2.12.24 very satisfied very good quality

Been completely ignored requesting info on tracking more than once. The tracking number supplied not working and no indication of when to expect my item

I foolishly listened to what some of the Reviews say here and started getting agitated and thought I had been scammed, So I wrote to them and I did get a reply and they said it could take upto 20 Days to arrive.
WELL THEY ARRIVED TODAY🌞🌞🌞
Brilliant Quality and well worth waiting for, I would advise that you keep your fingers out of the way.... They are sharp as he'll.
