Very poor quality and dangerous electrical products, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, costumer service is shocking. Reporting them to trading standards

Good quality product - kitchen knives. Arrived on time. Maybe a little more expensive than normal but well above average.

Ordered a set of knives and took 3 weeks to arrive. They are advertised as 'quality', but that word is used in a very cavalier fashion. They appear to be Damascus steel and are actually quite cheap steel that is lightly etched. Granted they where cheap and I was just looking for a half decent set, but that's what I got..
Moral,,, you only get what you pay for... these are chinese knives of chinese quality..

Bought a set of japanese knife set for the wife she is always saying the ones we have are not any good ,but these ones are very good she loves them thanks to pinky shop for a great service.

I purchased a set of 8 Japanese knives last week and they arrived today. I must honestly say i am more impressed than expected! Absolute bargain and i cant wait to get my cook on. Will be making more purchases 100%.

Received my kitchen knife set yesterday from pinky shop I'm not a person who shops regular online so I was worried am I dealing with a legitimate company but no worries the knives look great can't wait to use them and hopefully I will purchase more products from pinky shop. Many thanks A. Griffith

Ordered 3 items from Pinkyshop. Read the reviews before items delivered and was filled with dread. However can't complain whatsoever got regular dispatch updates and had my query answered overnight. Got all items as described within the stated delivery time scale. Also all items were very well packaged. I'm absolutely delighted with all of my purchases.

Do not buy from this company.

I purchased light grey dining room chair covers, which arrived screwed up in a plastic bag and were a dark, charcoal grey - not what was advertised.

As per the Consumer Rights Act 1 October 2015, UK law states traders must match the description of the goods, and if they are not satisfactory the consumer has 30 days from receiving them, to reject the goods, hence I am within my rights to request a return.

Pinky Shop are clearly mis-selling online by the description of the goods not matching what is received.

I tried to return the incorrect goods, but with no return address or number provided, I could not do so to ensure a refund.

I paid via a debit card so requested Chargeback via my bank, which thankfully I received back after two months arguing my case.

A chargeback is a charge that is returned to a payment card after a customer successfully disputes an item on their account statement via their bank. Basically, your bank takes the money back from their bank.

Pinky shop.co.Uk are part of Y&G who are based in China, ship to a London warehouse in Southall, who simply forward the goods on.

There is no customer support (no customer help telephone line (just automated) to call, a very basic email response promising to refer any concerns to a Manager which never happens).

Save yourself a lot of headaches and do not buy from this company.

I ordered a set of knives. Then read reviews and thought oh bugger.
the tracing app was bang on.
I emailed them for delivery times. got an answer saying up to 21 days. may be 25 due to current problems

Took 12 days. knifes are very good. If you bought them in a store here, they would cost twice as much.
They a come with protective sheathed as well.
Well pleased.

Ordered knives for £85.00 then see the same knives for £35.00 on same site a total rip off now bombarded with emails offering promo codes but they don’t offer codes before you buy just tell you after

I will never order from this site again. I ordered three pair of shoes and spent a nice amount of money on them and they apparently delivered them to somebody else. in the delivery instructions I specifically had on there for them to tell their delivery people to ring my buzzer when they have arrived. I have been in the house for the past week and no one wrong my buzzer so I'm assuming they just left my package anywhere. I am extremely pissed off and I want my money back. Don't nobody have money to waste now a day. Then they don't even got a contact number to talk to nobody all they give is an email. Do not order from this site you will not get your items that you purchased.

My 8pc Japanese knifes arrived today. I’m Very impressed with the product and service that I’ve received

Received my chair covers today, they are amazing!! My dog had previously jumped on the chairs and slight tears were appearing due to his nails, now because the chairs are now covered, the dog can jump up and i am not worried about ruining the chairs!! Definitely recommend this product 😍😍😍

This is exactly what I preferred. It's too good. Especially it's non slippery. Going to order more sets.

Purchased a set of knives and then I read the reviews on here and dreaded the outcome. I have to say I think the bad reviews here have been sheer bad luck. I have had constant contact from the company and the knives made an appearance yesterday and they are sharper than the shards of Narcil.

Overall great service, great product but tracking system could be updated/upgraded. Would buy from the company again

Very dissapointed first of all duration to arrive secondly the patern on the knives are very weak nothing like the pics on site feel let down

These guys lie and sent the wrong, second grade rubbish product. Wont give me a refund.... Avoid at all costs

Fantastic chair covers, my dining room looks so different . Great to wash & dry. Will buy again.
