Absolutely appalling
Alarm bells started ringing when they asked if I could accept C studs instead of I studs.
Turned out, although they offered I studs singly or in packs of 10 on their website they couldn't split the 10 packs but I couldn't accept C studs instead.
Then they asked me to increase the order to all 10 packs, no singles. Luckily, I knew I'd be ordering more in the future so agreed. I also wanted to add C studs to the same order which I had forgotten previously.
However, we spent the next 3 days trying to amend the order; they sent me their interpretation of the order quantities, I sent it back pointing out numerous errors.
Got it sorted eventually but then the first courier turned up with a pallet of plasterboard but no fork lift or pallet truck. It was early in the morning and I hadn't arrived onsite so they made MY CUSTOMER hand ball them off!!!

I had a great experience working with Pinks insulation. From ordering online to delivery everything went smoothly. The management at Pinks insulation were very responsive to any of my queries. I would recommend using Pinks insulation.
