Ordered Tuesday, Delivered Thursday!
Requested ETA & told Thursday confirmed Wednesday between 10.00 & 12.00. Received call from driver 45 mins from drop off as requested. Turned up at 10.45 great driver offloaded with truck forklift onto pavement. Gone in 10 mins!

Enquired about some Kingspan phenolic insulation late Friday afternoon and got reply from Katy straight away. Delivered on time as promised early the next week and the driver was really helpful and friendly. The service has been first class and a good price too. Will be back with further orders in due course.

First class company and service. Ordered some insulated plasterboards and I put in the wrong delivery date, emailed Katy and got a rapid response saying delivery date changed to when I needed.
Products arrived on time and dropped off where I wanted them .

After making the payment, they completely lost interest in providing any further service. I received the order from another company, as they likely don’t have the stock. In my case, they tried to deliver a different type of plasterboard that was half the price. I refused to accept it, and the next day they brought the correct order, but one of the boards was broken along its entire length and unusable. I tried reaching out to them, but they no longer answer the phone.
And one more thing, the driver left his trash near the gate of my property. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect towards customers.
P.S. After posting my review, I was contacted by the seller, and I was offered money to change my recommendation. Again, they did not answer my calls and only sent me messages, despite my repeated attempts to reach them, asking them to call me back.
P.S.2.
I am forced to edit my review once again as I am being accused of making false statements. I unloaded the plasterboard by hand with the driver because it was not delivered with a crane truck, and the packaging was left on his truck. After I closed the gate, he threw the packaging on the ground. Since the gate is at the back and far away, I didn't notice this until a neighbor knocked on my door to warn me. I sent an email to the supplier with a photo of the incident.
The ordered plasterboard was Moisture and I received normal so it wasn't a brand but a quality, usage and price difference. No false allegations here

Needed some insulated boards at a great price. Found Pinks and the price was right; even with delivery. I mentioned in remarks that I needed them on a specific date, as I needed to install in time for other trades coming in, and couldn't receive them earlier. I got email confirmation from Katy that they would deliver when required, which was a weight off my mind. Sure enough, the boards arrived on time today as promised. The driver was a great guy. Went the extra mile and used the on board Moffett to get the boards closer than I thought possible, saved me over an hour unloading time. I would recommend these guys anytime. Excellent service from Pinks ordered late on Tuesday and arrived Thursday morning, all materials delivered in tip top condition and well packaged,I was very happy it was all wrapped up, as it was raining when the insulated plasterboard arrived, great prices and honestly couldn't of gone any better.
I had never used Pinks before but will without doubt use again.
