I still don’t have my cocktails which I ordered for a party we were throwing a few days ago. The customer service is woeful. I’d strongly advise to buy via a supermarket instead.

Margaritas for Cinco de Mayo party
We bought a box of the Spicy Margaritas to have at a party and they were a HUGE success! Everyone loved them as they were something a bit different, but it really helped that we could just put them into pitchers and people could help themselves rather than having to make batches ourselves. Would really recommend!

We always aim to reply as quickly as possible, but as we work through messages from oldest to newest, having a few ongoing email chains meant yours was unfortunately getting pushed to the top each time, which caused a bit of a delay on our end. Buying online was easy and as an added bonus I received a discount. Product as always great quality.
Very disappointed with Yodel. I was not at home when advised of the delivery and there was no option to have my order left at a safe place, delivered to a neighbour or to rearrange the delivery date. Extremely inconvenient.
