Have been a client for many years and…

Have been a client for many years and have just stopped going. Went back after about 2 years and won’t be going back again . The reason is the biltong , we already way over the odds, but was is it constantly dry and not something you would be able to sell in South Africa

There was a slight delay in my order…

There was a slight delay in my order and the Savanna Team were on it like a rash with excellent customer service and a fast response. It was the Easter weekend so I can understand the delay. Have used them before and will use them again. Thank you Lisa and Team. My problem was resolved.

Too dry

Too dry, this pre-cut stuff is a massive quality killer for Savanna, i buy alot for convenience round London but the quality is below par due to pre cutting and it always being too dry, good membership scheme variety and lovely staff member though

Great service, great products

Parcel came on good time, excellently wrapped.. everything there and the biltong and droewors fantastic ..so much so I sent my brother a parcel for his 50th birthday. Well done Savanna.

Placed order on 5th March and still not…

Placed order on 5th March and still not received it. Emailed them with reply from courier advising that they have lost the parcel. I have emailed a couple of times to this company and no reply. No products no refund. Not a very good experience and won’t be buying from here again.

Superb quality *****

Super disappointed with the pork rashers as they had been frozen and had a weird brownish colour. The rumpsteak was full of grizzly bits absolutely awful. The due date on all meat products were only a few days. I will never order anything again, there are far better options around. It was an expensive lessen learned. DHL delivery was delayed 24 hrs. I had to throw away the pork rashers. Poor customer service. Never again.

Wow that was a different quality of the meat that arrived today. Steak is looking absolutely fantastic, I cant wait to try it. Also the due date much better.
