Super quick service

Super quick service. Delivered 3 days after ordering. Well packaged too. A bit more expensive than other sites, but their first order discount made it cheeper. I like the app too, great to follow progress.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! No communication. Medication takes far too long to arrive. No one answers emails. Quite frankly it’s dangerous to leave patients waiting for important medication. Do not use this company!

I spoke to one of the representatives and then completed the action online and they still managed to get it wrong, so I have now changed pharmacy.

I keep getting half of my meds…

I keep getting half of my meds unpouched l send reminders to the doctor and yourself.it makes things difficult this way

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the delays you have experienced with your medication delivery.

Upon reviewing your account, we can see that prescriptions have been requested via multiple ordering platforms. When this happens, it creates separate orders on your account, which means medication may be split across different orders rather than being processed together. This causes delays.

We are working with our software providers to resolve this issue. In the meantime, we recommend using one platform to request your medication to ensure all items are processed together as a single order.

We advise ordering 14 days before your start date to help avoid delays.

When it works..it works well- but not reliable enough.

When it works..it works well, but too many errors to be confident I will get the right meds at the right time.
The App. Isn’t user friendly when you have to order for a “dependent” too, and getting to speak to anyone is hopeless. Email responses to complaints are generalised, and I think probably auto generated by a “bot”. I signed up to them as they were the only option at the time, but I am now looking at alternatives.
The types of problems have been:
1. Some items although correctly ordered and approved by the doctor missing from the pouches, the most recent incident this month when Pregablin missing. This is essential for my husbands condition.
2. Medication arriving in boxes in stead of pouches. I cannot get tablets out of the foil packets , and there are 14 per day to deal with.
3. Items arriving in 2 lots! Some pills in 1 pouch and other pills in another pouch( I think this is when additional items have been added, possibly the “synching” of all items has gone haywire
4. The App. Is user “un-friendly”. If I just had to order for 1 person it might work ok, but I have a “dependents and the app is just too complicated to use when I am ordering for 2 people.
Contact is difficult, the phone lines are not open all the time, and email correspondence is not personalised. The query is sometimes not addressed, and the phraseology sounds unnatural, as if a real person was not writing it.
I have used Pilltime for a number of years( maybe 5?) and I would guess I have had at least 6 times when I have had to complain. The complaints repeat themselves, so they do not learn from their mistakes.
I have now set up acccounts with an alternative provider.

Dreadful company.

Dreadful company.
Fistly they get your perscipions wrong and deliver late.
The app is shocking.
And finally you can't contact them, don't answer phone, text or email.

Too many snags

Getting orders in pouches is the main reason for using this pharmacy, 2 out of 3 times now have just received boxes.

Last prescription delivery window was 6 hours (9-30 to 3-30) and as it contains items which need to remain refrigerated I can’t have it delivered the next day.

Reorder times seem excessively long, last one was over 2 weeks from PillTime receiving the prescription to it being dispatched.

Moving back to the high street, I have to collect it but that’s really less inconvenient than this.

We understand how important it is to receive your medication in pouches, especially when that’s the main reason you chose our service. I’m sorry that on multiple occasions you’ve received boxed medication instead — that’s not the experience we want for our customers.

Regarding pouching, our current policy is that medications can be dispensed in pouches when there are four or more tablets in a dosing schedule. We appreciate this may not suit everyone’s needs, and your feedback on this is genuinely valuable. we do now offer a paid pouching service which enables us to pouch any amount of items.

We’re also sorry about the long delivery window and the concern around refrigerated items — we completely understand how inconvenient and worrying that can be.

In terms of reorder times, our processing timelines do differ from community (high street) pharmacies. As an online pharmacy, we follow a more structured dispensing and checking process, which can mean it takes longer from receiving a prescription to dispatching medication. That said, the delay you experienced is longer than we would expect, and we apologise for the frustration caused.

We’d really like the opportunity to look into your account and see what went wrong here, as well as explore whether there’s anything we can do to better support your requirements going forward.

Thinking of going back to my local pharmacy

Since starting with Pilltime things have gone wrong more times than right.Only this week I received my medication and only two of the six regular items were sent in their original packaging.I sent an email to ask why and the response was that my GP had only prescribed 2 items.This was incorrect so I contacted the chat line and provided the bar code to the missing items
The advisor was very helpful and having loaded the barcode in,found the missing prescribed items.Clearly there is some failure in either the system or IT user mistakes as it is not the first time I have been informed that there were no prescriptions only to be told,oh yes we have found them after I had given them them the barcodes.Were I less proactive in keeping a close eye on.my medications,I would have run out.of medication on more than one occasion.When you consider Pilltime is meant to make the process easier,this has not always been the experience.

Disappointed

Not all requested medication was pouched, sent in normal packaging. Still had to organise X3 daily meds for the month. No point ordering meds if not all are going to be pouched

Fuss free medication
I have a significant number of medications which I have to take on a daily basis. Prior to PillTime I used a couple of plastic one-week dispensing trays which I had to fill myself - a tedious and error prone chore. With the pouched pilltime dispenser the whole process is so much easier and more accurate.

I have had my medication by Pill time…

I have had my medication by Pill time for some time now it helps me because I’m disabled but recently my medication has been late and I have had to chase it up I have been on the phone to PillTime because my full Pescription wasn’t fully filled My phone call was 23 minutes in I was told I would be dealt with in the next 3 minutes then to be told there was a high volume of calls and would have to wait l am seriously thinking of a different option for my medication

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced these issues with your medication and have had to chase your orders. Upon reviewing your account today it seems that there are some prescribing issues with your prescriptions that will impact your orders and how they are set.

Unfortunately your medications are not all on the same duration, some are 28, 56 and others are of a 84 duration. To insure that you are receiving a complete order each time and on the correct start date we would advise that all your medications are of the same duration. This can be easily remedied by requesting your surgery align all your medication to one duration that suits you best either a 28, 56 or 84 day supply.

Once we have received a full order of all the same duration we can then look at insuring that your start dates of your medication cycles are accurate or we could request that we action a re-set of your start dates to start your orders a fresh.

Should you wish this to be actioned we would advise that you request prescriptions to be issued of all the same duration for your complete repeat of medications from your surgery and then email customerservices@pilltime.co.uk to request we restart your cycle with the new prescriptions. Please be aware that should this be actioned you will need to dispose of any left over medication safely once the new order arrives.

We are sorry to hear that when you called in the volume of calls were very high we have recently adjusted the times that the phone lines are open please see below;

Phone lines are now open from 9.30pm until 12.30pm close for lunch then reopen 1.30pm until 3.30pm. We also have the Live chat option with the team from 2pm until 4pm Monday to Friday

Started off really good then at…

Started off really good then at Christmas they only sent me half my meds meaning I ran out of my Asthma inhalers, then the past two months again only half my medication turned up. It takes so long to get through to them to deal with it so I have now stopped using them and gone back to my local pharmacy.

You were aware I had been in hospitals…

You were aware I had been in hospitals over the last five weeks or so as, to your credit, phoned me on the Wednesday last week and guided me to getting my GP to sign and send the prescription to you, which he did the same day.
This showed on the NHS app and is recorded.
My hospital supply of medicines ran out on the Friday.
I phoned PillTime on that Friday to be blatantly lied to say you'd only received the order that day and that it would be this week before the order was fulfilled.
This resulted in further consternation from everyone (except PillTime of course) in reordering a further seven day supply.
One item was not available locally and soI was without this for three days.
Eventually you got your act together and delivered.
I've als6 received an email from you with a reorder list. This wasn't even my list. Goodness knows whose list it was. Lwas alert enough not to respond to it.
My confidence i PillTime is at an all time low.
You are incompetent, uncaring, unprofessional and proven liars.
