DO NOT USE THEM.
Left me and my disabled mother, dad and 85 year old grandad stranded at 23:00 on the street in eastbourne on 30/09/23.
I paid in advance for the apartment.
i was unable to access the apartment as the digital door lock did not work. I have video evidence.
Told me no one was available to come and sort it or give me access to the apartment.
When I asked for help for alternative accommodation and transport, they said there was nothing they could do and hung up.
It's been 5 days since and am still waiting for the manager of the property to get back to me.
The admin are refusing to give me a refund, and keep blaming 'booking.com'.
Booking.com have told me they have been doing this to multiple guests and will be criminally investigating them.
I will be pursuing legal action against them to prevent this happening to anyone else.

Lovely stay in smartly renovated apartment, comfortable with all mod cons and well equipped kitchen. Liked the USB plugs in bedrooms and the lit mirror in bathroom! Easy walk into town and great eateries nearby - all very good. Wee Hurries, Dough and Scotts.

Door handle falling off, microwave not working, had to connect TV to internet myself.
No clean after two weeks.
Left to sleep in dirty sheets and same towels.
Only reply was with Wi-Fi details!
Very poor service
I wouldn’t stay in any properties managed by pillow partners.
All booking details were provided. I contacted you via booking.com, personal email, telephone and even personally spoke to cleaner.
You replied with Wi-Fi details, so clearly had the details.

Very Comfortable and a great location
We’ve just stayed at Nelson street apartment Largs for 2 nights
The apartment was very clean, warm and comfortable and had everything we needed.
I was also impressed by the information and communication from the managing team giving us contact numbers if any problems, and photos of the front door
Very easy to find. Just off the promenade and right by the ferry.

Absolutely lovely place, everything was clean and tidy on arrival only thing we struggled with was the fact there was no parking available and had to pay 18 pound to park in a car park and walk up some extremely steep hills apart from that it was fantastic

The old manse house is beautiful and spacious! Everything was there and because there were 6 of us no queueing for the bathroom ! 3 bathrooms and the beds were super comfy.we all had a lovely weekend staying and i appreciated the late check out as my coach was for 1.15pm.overall a beautiful home and would def stay again

Incredibly charming room
Incredibly charming room with comfortable accommodations and adequate soundproofing. We could only hear the pub downstairs if we really strained to listen! The room was spacious and service was professional and courteous.
