We ordered 4 of the Sundour Carnoustie filled grey cushions on 22nd August and, when they arrived the packaging was awful and the box was almost opened. The cushions themselves were not of great quality and, had no where near enough filling and looked nothing like the advertised ones! They were really expensive too.
Messages were sent to seller who said that they have had clumsiness from the couriers and collection points and that during summer holidays they have less experienced staff and they offered the smallest discount possible or said we could return them and pay postage for a refund. We sent another message saying that we'd been to Dunelm to add more filling and would they increase their discount rather than us leaving a negative feedback.
Unfortunately we have had no response since last message on 28th August.
Please beware if purchasing during holiday season. Such a shame as was really looking forward to these cushions but without all the hassle 🫣

After receiving a response from Pikk, I checked our EBay messages and yes the last two are still there ….. unanswered 😬

Extremely pleased with both sets of curtains. One pair was altered to enable us to tuck behind the radiator. The alterations were perfectly finished. I was really glad to find Pikk when looking for curtains online. I needed a non standard curtain length and made to measure ones were way out of our budget. Pikk offer a really great priced alteration service on ready made curtains so we could get the curtains we loved in the right size. Delivery was also fast. I would highly recommend :)

From ordering to receiving our good it has been a great experience, great quality and the fit was perfect.
I was a little concerned doing an online order and getting the sizing wrong, although they are exactly what I'd hoped for.

I previously left a 1-star review but this was mainly down to a situation beyond the vendors control. The goods i received are excellent quality and even a minor issue with the order was rectified within 2 days. Would happily recommend.

Bought square and rectangular cushions to match curtains and they merge in well. Opted for feather pads which fill the cushions nicely but the covering of the pads is noticeably noisy and sounds like plastic when you use the cushions.
