So I am based in the UK England this company and service is excellent my partner who is incarnated loves the photo and cards and letters they are high quality my partner is really impressed and makes relationship stronger 5 dollars a month for unlimited mail good price

I have sent 3 letters including pictures and they show my brother getting them but he hasn’t! Now the most important photos I tracked through the USPS and I got the confirmation they have it but they don’t show they have it! I will not give out my info to charge in a card bcz of the few reviews I’ve read. It’s really sad when I follow the rules but they don’t.
UPDATE: after my phone call to Pigeonly my mail came and guess what was in it? The letter I mailed to my brother saying: return to sender and on the back it says: M S canable hard envelope- needless to say I’m about to give up!

I love using pigeonly it’s so easy and affordable and every time I’ve had any kind of issues, questions or anything customer service has been really really effective and efficient. They get back to me and are super helpful. I love using this company and I recommend it to all my family and friends just a really good company overall.

This is my 2nd issue with this company. The last time i signed up for the free account but they immediately started taking took money from my account. I had to close my account. Now, suddenly, new charges
began appearing in my new bank card. I never gave or authorized them use of this card. I don't trust these people at all.

Unauthorized charges on my credit card. I read the terms and conditions, took screenshots in the event that my card would be charged and sure enough, two months of charges after website clearly stated my card would not be charged. Customer support emails have gone ignored. No answer on multiple calls. Tried to delete the card but we site won't allow me to. Tried to unsubscribe from ALL services. Unable to do so.

Over two weeks later, and my letter sent through pigeonly still says "processing". Mail that I've sent TO pigeonly to be processed to the prison was also sent over two weeks ago and still not delivered. Terrible.

I have absolutely no problem using pigeonly for sending photos and letters. But the app will not let me set up a best rate number. I'll put in all the info and submit it and it just pops up with "hold up! True" I'm trying to have more than a 1 minute conversation with my brother.

Update: Again, poor customer service. I already emailed them and the person that responded was very unhelpful and unprofessional. Im not sure why they are responding to my review asking me to email them when I've done so already. They took my money and refuse to refund. I sent them photographic proof stamped by the facility showing the correct address and they ignored my email and refuse to update the address to the correct one. This means some of your relatives will Not receive your letters, be careful.
Extremely POOR service. I've recieved a bunch of letters and postcards I sent a relative a couple of months ago, stamped with the words REFUSED. Why? Because pigeonly have the WRONG address details for the facility on their website. my relative relies on letters to keep going and they haven't received any. Don't bother with them

I been waiting for them to pick up phone for two days now and I requested 2 call back and nobody ever called back and on top of that I got the United States number twice and it said that they was they was closed and but it was doing business hours and the sad part about is I'm still on hold the phone hung up twice and y'all don't even have no app and the only other way is to E Mail y'all but we still didn't get any where y'all need to have a agent available where we can talk right then and there so we can get the problem resolved I'm at t point where I want to delete my account with y'all I'm very disappoint with y'all sever have a nice day

The refund process at Pigeonly was seamless. When I had an issue, their customer service promptly addressed it, providing a swift resolution.

It's been almost a year now since you said you're trying to update your system and get us the best rate but until now we couldn't use your service even when you are paid the whole year. Just let us know if you don't want us to use your service any more than giving us false hope, you are being unprofessional people

He intentado muchas veces hacer el pago del plan ingreso los datos de mi tarjeta y me marca error tarjeta declinada, he intentado con más tarjetas y pasa lo mismo y por supuesto todas las tarjetas tienen crédito o saldo y todas están vigentes son visa y otras mastercard, ayuda! Alguien que sepa el motivo de este error
