I made two orders with pigeonly. Only the second one has been shipped so I’d like to know what happened to the first order. I tried to join the online chat and every time I do it says it’s unavailable.

The normal transit time is 3-5 business days for all fulfillment products with delays experienced from time to time due to circumstances out of our control. Anytime you do not have access to send something, simply call in for instant access. Any extensive delays are due credits, up to and including a free month. happy but not happy
its a nice app the prices are reasonable. the only problem i have is i paid the money but it still wont let me talk to my loved one. its telling me my balance is $0.

Pictures take too long to get there
Pictures take too long to get there! Very disappointed with the service, website doesn't state it takes almost 2 weeks to arrive....he still hasn't recieved pictures, order was placed March 22nd!!!

Comforting
So far, Pigeonly.com seems amazing. Unsure at this point if inmate recieved photos, but that is to be known. Site was easy to navigate and services offered are amazingly comforting in these hard times.

I still haven't gotten the $10.00 credit from the last review. Plus I have $15.00 dollars on my account and we still gets a busy signal when he tries to call..
