Absolute waste of money - clearly does not work - even the methodology behind it is flawed - avoid.

Does not work. Pigeon’s are sitting next to the box and sleep there calmly. wish I had done some research before. Customer Service does no refund. Don’t buy this Stop BIRD-PRO Box

I’ve had lots of interaction with their customer service team and they respond quickly and politely
They offer lots of advice and options however the device does not work as they suggest
After about 5 weeks the pigeons seem both unaware and certainly not deterred by the device despite being within inches of it
It’s certainly not a “professional” device and for me at least a waste of money
I wish I’d checked out the reviews first and suggest you do as well

This product does not work.
The company is a scam. I have made an expensive mistake in believing them.

Absolutely useless they are sitting right by it, I've checked and it is on as I can hear it chiping would of given 0 stars but as usual this is still not allowed

This does not work the pigeons are sitting next to it on the ledge the don’t seem bothered by it at all complete waste of money they say you can’t here it well they just be hard of hearing because I can hear it when it’s on I would advise people to look at different products as this one dose not scare a single thing away

Total scam as everyone else has said! I wish I had looked on here first!!
The noise the unit emits is like a distant car alarm. Would drive you mad and your neighbours would want to murder you. The company email back once to tell you to wrap it in cotton or some such rubbish then ignore any further emails. Scandalous.

It’s a scam charged elderly lady £180 to take away pigeon nests??? On top of £350 for mesh.

I can only think some of the reviewers here haven't worked out how to turn on the device. I've hung one in our wisteria which was regularly colonised by nesting pigeons who would bomb our cars en route to and from their nests. Since installation, there have been no pigeons. Job done. The relatively confined area and sound reflecting off the wall, makes this an optimum location. The second one we bought is, admittedly, less effective hung in the walnut tree over our patio where pigeons have been an equal nuisance, because its range is limited and I can't get it high enough to deter the highest -roosting birds, which probably simply can't hear it, especially with a breeze blowing through the leaves. It has, nonetheless, reduced the problem appreciably.

The device emits quite a loud and irritating high-pitched squeak (even at a distance of 15 meters)
Highly audible and when trying to relax in the garden and had to switch it off to get any peace.
Contacted (emailed) the company and received their reply...

"if the sound of the device bothers you, you can smother the Stop Bird PRO in a fabric (blanket, scarf, bath towel, etc. 100% cotton) for removing the audible whistle"

I responded that this was not acceptable for a product of this price, together with the promises they advocate for the product, and eventually received a refund of £59.90
Cost to post the item back to France (Signed for) was £8.90 which was not refunded.

I wanted to leave a review on their website but the "Write a review" tab is disabled so wonder where the handful of reviews they display come from?

Their phone number doesn't work either so it's not possible to call them.

BTW If you call 020 3445 5590 you just get the message "This persons number is unavailable"

All these issues question the integrity of the company in my opinion.

The device doesn't work. The write a review button on the site is disabled so all the reviews there must be fake. Absolute waste of money. Do not buy.

Well I wished I’d done more research on this product before buying it. It doesn’t work and in my opinion a total scam they come up with all sorts of suggestions that it’s been installed incorrectly, offer to replace but cost to return is yours and certainly don’t offer a refund.

Quite a useless piece of equipment which the pigeons loved to sit on. Thankfully I received my money back. . We went to British Bird Control and they solved the problem straight away. Sadly I did not look at the reviews before purchasing. Old age does not make you any wiser. It still cost £10 to send the item back to France which was not refunded.

Sorry for such a negative review on what would appear to be such a popular product ... but quite frankly it Has made absolutely no difference whatsoever! We have placed the device in the correct position and followed the instructions given. The pigeon poo has increased not decreased and they have NOT gone away! I had no qualms purchasing this as it all sounded good, we bought it at the end of May this year, but a complete waste of money! ☹️

This product does not work. All you get is a whistle noise from the box which you can hear several yards away. The web site will not let you leave a review and the phone number does not ring when dialed . Please do not waste your money on this rubbish. Complete and utter Con. I was silly enough to buy one, Please do not make the same mistake.

Extremely disappointed with this device. It does not live up to its claims and has had no effect whatsoever on the pigeons. It is also clearly audible to humans, sounding like a distant car alarm, so very annoying. A complete waste of money.

Never ever have I been conned as bad as this! Not only is the unit useless it also omits a very, very audible sound that humans can hear..... Unlike the Wood pigeons that fly onto the roof above my Juliet Balcony and very kindly splat a large dollop of poop on to my rail. Their aim is incredible unlike their hearing! This device is Shi#% save your money.
