This product is 'claimed' to be made in the UK and yet ships from France!

The company fails to respond to any requests for info so I have put in a claim against it via my credit card for which they have also failed to respond to.

Avoid this product. It does not work.

Bought this useless piece of junk on July 1st. Two weeks later I had to install a new battery. At the end of July it stopped working altogether. Emailed them - no reply. Phoned several times - always engaged. What a complete rip off and waste of money. Their website is full of misleading information. Check the company registration details. Very interesting!

This device is totally useless, a total waste of money, I have given it several months and it has made no difference whatsoever.

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought this rubbish device.in short,it doesn't work. I have persevered with it and followed all of their advice(inital email queries were.answered by someone called alexandra.however ultimately after providing video evidence of the pigeons sitting happily next to the device,I asked for a refund and surprise surprise,.received no reply. £60 down the drain but I will be contacting trading standards

Sorry, but I found the device did not scare the pigeons.
The pigeons are on the roof and nesting and perhaps the device was not close enough to be effective. It is hung out of a first floor window of a two story house

This gadget is a complete waste of time as the pigeons seem to gather in numbers to hear the noise it makes. Our terrace under a large pergola is still a mess every morning. We are too old to keep clearing it up - 88 and 80.

I ordered and then read through these reviews and felt very nervous and didn’t expect much but… having been daily cleaning up 30 plus piles of pigeon muck , I am cleaning maybe 1 or 2 now! Literally! This is amazing …
Yes it makes a faint noise but for me, it’s worth it and only during the first mth of treatment.
I am happy to add pictures of my beautiful matted decked area and not having to soak and scrub daily for 30 mins plus is a game changer.
Fingers crossed it continues to work :) it’s been a five days now

I stupidly ordered this to keep pigeons off my lawn which was being re-seeded to no avail. I contacted trading standards who are investigating this company and also the fraud department at my credit card company and they investigated this company and they got me a refund under the consumer act 2015 where the item was not of merchantable quality nor fit for purpose and also I was protected as I paid by credit card. Avoid this bent company at all cost, and spread the word to alert other people. This company shouldn't be allowed to trade and removal of their website should be enforced which I hope that trading standards will do.

Absolutely useless. Tried to contact the office. No reply . Thought it was to good to be true. Don’t waste your money. Complete rip off

I stupidly ordered one of these but should have read the reviews first, it appears that this is a complete scam as it does not work it’s laughable. I thought the company were in the UK but the item was posted from overseas albeit they have a registered office in London. I tried to email immediately after ordering I received a reply five days later saying they could not cancel the order. There is no contact phone number and they no longer answer or reply to emails. I’m trying to do a chargeback on my credit card - posing as trading from the Uk is very deceptive of them.

If there were less than 1 star I'd award that - total scam, save your money it does not work, pigeons actually sit next to it

No on off switch on this plastic box which rattles when I move it (like the battery is loose inside) and that is ALL it does. Total waste of money and the phone number on the website doesn’t work. JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS, looks like an expensive scam.

DO NOT BUY. Unfortunately I bought this before seeing the reviews. Unable to get a refund or contact the company.
This gadget does not work. I still have pigeons sat within 2 foot from the device and not deterred.

If I could give a -0, I would. Shame on this gimick of radio frequency pigeon deterrent. These thing DON'T work for ANY type of birds. I should probably say, "shame on me for buying it". These pigeons paid NO mind to this contraption! Save your money!!!! DON'T buy into this B.S.!!!

I can’t give zero stars. This is as much use as a glass-fibre enema. Pigeons not deterred in the slightest. When it arrived it looked like a cheap piece of garbage. It was. I suspect very strongly this may be a fraud. To to be established when we seek a refund. It doesn’t work AT ALL. It needs to be reported to trading standard’s immediately.
