Do not buy from this company. They say UK but they are based in France. I've been waiting months for a refund from Seagulls Pro UK (same company as Pigeon Deterrent). Shocking customer service despite assurances refund was made. I wish I had not believed the reviews on their website.

Purchased one some time ago, absolutely useless, contacted the company several times via email, fobbed off every time, excuses, excuses, repeatedly requested refund, none received, DO NOT BUY, this is a rip off company.

Oplichterij. Werkt niet. Apparaat terug gestuurd met heel veel moeite want werkt 100% volgens hun. Ook met belofte dat geld terug gestort word....maar word niks terug gestort.
Pure oplichterij....dus kijk uit weggegooid geld want verzendkosten retour betalen ze ook niet.....dus 75 euro kwijt

Bought one before Covid, had the opposite effect, instead of deterring pigeons the unit seemed to attract! A lot of money for a very inaffective piece of deterring tech if you could call it that! Usual response as others have experienced that need to wait a few weeks, rubbish, even after a few months pigeons were still queuing up! Total waste of money 😡

This pigeon scarer does not work in any way. It is a scam. Trying to get a refund is very unlikely. They just tell you different things you should be doing so it works successfully but of course it does not work at all. It is disgraceful conning people in this way.

arnaque, les pigeons se pose à coté (à 10 cm du stop bird) à croire qui aime entendre le bruit qu'il produit, audible par l'homme (assez pénible à entendre).
ne vous faite pas avoir comme moi, j'aurai du écouter les avis négatif.

This is no good pigeons collect around it .it’s a joke at our expense.

This is a completely useless product. I put the device on a garden ornament and the pigeons use it as a perch. Do not buy this product.

I am so glad I found the reports on this scam item before I was conned by the ad into buying one.

Bought this product and it is an absolute waste of money. It has no effect at all and I even found a pigeon sitting on it and have the crap on it as proof.
I don't believe any positive reviews on this. It is a waste of money and in my opinion should be avoided

Unfortunately I bought this product before I researched for review, that's my fault.
I have tried to leave a review on their own page but they will not let me do it.
Please save your money and do not buy this useless piece of crap from stop bird pro.
You're better off throwing rocks at the pigeons, it has more efect.

this simply does not work. i have pigeons nesting under solar panels. i placed this unit under the panels, about 50cm away from the first nest, facing upwards, and has had no effect whatso ever on the birds. do not waste your money. £59 down the drain

I suspected something was up when the phone number was not working and they told me "Unfortunately, we currently have a problem with our phone lines. We have to send a complaint to our operator and they are solving the problem."

Q - Why are they still allowed to rip people off?
A - Cause it's a Swiss company and that's rather the whole point of trading there, to hide Nazi gold and rip people off!

A total waste of money. The pigeons sleep next to this useless device.
The website is untruthful compared to the advice given by customer services who answered with "I remind you that the initial treatment lasts between 4 and 5 weeks" and to make the device face the birds and also thoroughly clean the area with bleach. Nothing of this is mentioned on the website and is a long way from "the device doesn't require any special installation"
On top of this the website doesn't even allow for reviews to be left.

Do not waste your time or money on this awful device and company.

This is so annoying it's expensive and definatley does not work ,please do not buy it it is rubbish.

The devise did not work for us, item was returned as instructed and a full refund given. Good customer service from Alexandra.

Do not waste your money on this cheap piece of garbage. I bought it to try to deter pigeons off the roof nesting under the solar panels. I power washed the roof and then build a cable lift for the unit to enable me to raise and lower it for turning on /off and replace the battery. It did absolutely nothing. I contacted the company to enquire that maybe the unit was faulty but they couldn't be bothered replying, I tried several more emails again with no reply. The pigeons got more frequent and were just sitting along side the unit. After 8 months of using this piece of crap, I decided to throw it away, I bought roof spikes and sealed off the open ends of the solar panels. We still get the occasional pigeons but no where near the same amount as when we were using this unit. Oh and the companies website gives the impression that they are in the UK, they are based in France and the 2-4 days delivery, that should read more like 12-14 days. If you have a problem with pigeons, look at anything other than this to solve your problem

Absolutely useless, bought to deter pigeons from my small balcony. Pigeons just ignore it and still sit on a ledge just a metre above it. Now I have had a complaint from a neighbour about the annoying noise it makes even although I wrapped it in a cloth as suggested in the instructions. Don’t waste your money have now taken it down and installed netting.

Bought one of these to deter seagulls from my roof. What arrived was a plastic box that makes an irritating noise that is more likely to deter me from using my garden than the birds. Tried to return under distance buying laws but like everyone else was just ignored. I tried phoning them but no answer, emailed numerous times but get no reply. I would advise anyone looking to deter birds to look elsewhere as this is a useless con trick. You’d scare the birds better clapping your hands!
