Making assumptions and judgemental
I registered via Experian to get an idea of remortgage rates for an LTV of 26.2%, the next day they kept calling, unfortunately I was on an all day training course and unable to answer. They decided to message again making some assumptions about our finances without knowing anything. And that assumption seems to be of financial distress and telling me they wouldn’t judge us, gobsmacked!!

I feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled across Picnic.
Im a first time buyer and admittedly, niave to the process. Picnic have been great! They held my hand through this whole process, which was only 3 weeks from finding a property to recieving the mortage. Picnic also recommended third parties, such as conveyancing firm, who have also been exemplary - I hear many people talk about how stressful buying a house is, and so I feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled across Picnic. Would 100% recommmend!

Great service from the start from the team
From the start the whole team have been exceptionally helpful and were able to do calls after 5pm when I finished work. All in all I would recommend to anyone, they take the stress and hassle of trying to organise a mortgage and buying process.

The mortgage deal makers
The really took the hassle out of the mortgage application process! Me and my partner are full time employed and didn’t have time to do the paperwork’s ourselves and then came picnic as a saviour. They carried out all the process end to end in a very structured way, answering all our questions patiently securing the best mortgage deals and also assisted when the interest rates went down. They keep us updated on each steps in a timely manner! The amount of work which they do for the fee they charge is humongous! Kudos to the team! Shout out to Ian & Nadia with whom we closely worked with.

A perfect company!
I can't reccomend Picnic enough. They made everything so simple for me. From the phone calls at times that suited me, to a brilliant dashboard where I could monitor the progress. When explaining things to me, it was done in language I could understand and not language only a broker would understand. They gave me incredible advice and when I need to remortgage, I'll absolutely be back. I highly reccomend!
