I just love this brands product, absolutely perfect blend of modern, classic style. Prices are high for some items I wish there were other coat options than 100% cashmere. Otherwise I’m a huge fan!

responsiveness and returns
they haven't responded for 3 days to 3 emails about needing to return the item as it's too small. They require you to email them and meanwhile set a 7 day time limit.

The cardigan was XL
The cardigan was XL, but I thought a small xl. The sizing was dubious, but I really loved the cardigan so I’m keeping it for myself. ( my husband’s loss)
