I was surprised how efficient and helpful Support was. My call was handled very professionally, and I felt that they actually cared about me, and offered me the best solution to my problem.

She called me to help set up my business phone account, and from the start she was patient, knowledgeable, and walked me through everything clearly without ever rushing the conversation. She took the time to actually understand what my business needed instead of reading from a script, and got everything set up quickly and professionally.

Been on hold for 45 mins. This is my third time calling today, first call I was hung up on, second call I was told to call back in 10 mins. I've been trying to cancel my account and have been redirected to their 'Customer Retention Center.' Terrible experience.
