Terrible company!!! Horrendous experience. I purchase the account, get email confirmation with a fake attached invoice, my company email in the account number section which apparently you need the number for recovery. I go to the chat the next day and representative Krishna is talking to my like I didn't send the email. He proceeds to ask for account # or billing address. I provide address and then he tells me the account is in another name. No way possible I gave him the 3 possible names. And they are trying to get me to call in but I am international I do not have a number to call in from hence setting up Phone.com. These guys might be scammers honestly.

I had an outstanding experience working with Rosalind. She was polite, professional and polished. Ultimately, I chose Phone.com because of my interactions with Rosalind. She was consistently knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. She answered every question thoroughly, explained the pricing and regulatory fees clearly, and never made me feel pressured. Her responsiveness and commitment to customer service gave me confidence that Phone.com was the right choice for our business. Excellent customer service still matters, and Rosalind truly exemplifies it!
