I started with an AI chat, but then got connected to Caleb Gilsdorf, who could not have been more helpful. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable in dealing with my many questions. I feel lucky that I connected with Caleb.

We've been phone.com customers for 2 years and it's j the worst experience I've had with a company in a LONG time. IT issues all the time and IT support, since it's outsourced, doesn't understand their system, doesn't communicate or follow through on commitments and clearly doesn't care an iota about what is critical to running a business.

The registration form was getting hung up on the captcha. I reached out and Jason called me to take the order. He was very helpful.

This company was a complete waste of time. Jason Cruz handled my cancellation and refund, and he gave me information that turned out to be completely wrong. I was told my refund would be processed in 5–7 days, and here I am 15 days later with nothing. No answers, no clarity, just being pushed around from one person to another who can’t help. Terrible service and zero accountability.

They make it extremely difficult to cancel.

If you want to cancel they force you to call a phone number and very difficult to get a hold of someone. In the meantime, weeks pass and you still can't get a hold of anyone to cancel your service.

Phone.com has very unethical business practice.

Phone.com is a joke. I have been on the phone for hours just trying to cancel my account. Each department sends you to another one. Their chat asks me to give my acct number then states that I don't have an account, the cancel my account button directs me to call a number rather than cancels my account. The number I call keeps me on hold forever until an outsourced person tells me that no one is in the cancellation department and to send an email in order to cancel. The email that I send responds by stating that there is no recipient for that email address, but that I can call.. the same number that I have already called over and over. You have been warned.
