I've been using Phoenix ACR Limited, and Nathan and his team, for many years across multiple commercial sites in Central London, and I could not recommend them highly enough.

From initial installation and commissioning through to ongoing servicing, maintenance, and repairs, the team have always been exceptional. They are professional, punctual, reliable, and consistently easy to deal with. Communication is excellent, they turn up when they say they will, and they always work respectfully and considerately within occupied spaces, causing minimal disruption to staff and clients.

What I value most is the peace of mind that comes from knowing our air conditioning systems are in safe hands. Whether it's routine maintenance or responding to an unexpected issue, Nathan and the team are always proactive, knowledgeable, and solution-focused.

I have just had installed by Phoenix ACR 4 Daikin air conditioning units and an outdoor Condensing Unit in my house in Sittingbourne, Kent. These were expertly installed by Nathan Bell and his team. What a great operation Nathan has and I cannot speak more highly of Jordan and Kieran who installed this equipment for me on behalf of Nathan. Both Jordan and Kieran kept me fully briefed, displayed top class expertise and Customer Service with fantastic end results within the timeframe given. A fantastic experience all round !!!

We've used Phoenix in the past and found them very professional and knowledgeable. Response for the call out was excellent. He arrived on time and did a tidy and clean job. Jack was friendly, respected our property and gave good feedback on completion. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a domestic AC setup.

Can't recommend Nathan and his team highly enough. I've had two Daikin Emura units installed in the past couple of years, and the entire process, from initial contact, survey and quoting through to installation, has been a good experience. Nathan is very responsive and his team of engineers are great.

I had to get in touch as one unit had developed a drip: Nathan responded immediately and had engineers out to me the same day. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, tested their fix and explained what they were doing as they worked, and tidied up after themselves. Absolutely great team at all levels of the business.

Fantastic service, from the initial consolation with Nathan through to the installation with George, I was given a recommendation for another company by a friend in the industry but let’s just say they were twice the price and the unit they offered was not the same quality as the one Nathan and his team provided.
I opted for the daikin stylish unit in black, as it went perfectly with our new garden room, had all the functions we needed and was Wi-Fi compatible, we could not be happier
