I had the privilege of hiring Richard and his team to install an LPG boiler in my cabin. It wasn’t the easiest of jobs, as it was a second-hand boiler, but they offered a very fair price and carried out a full service to ensure everything was safe and working properly.

There were also some challenges with the flue positioning due to neighbouring properties, but once again they handled the issue professionally and found an effective solution by routing the flue up through the roof, causing no problems at all.

There was one delay caused by my own fault, as one of the radiators had a crack, which meant the job couldn’t be fully completed at that stage. However, they were true to their word, kept in great communication throughout, and came back promptly as soon as the radiator was fixed to complete everything to a high standard.

They are a family-run business and clearly take pride in customer service and communication, whether by WhatsApp or phone call which is quite rare these days among tradespeople.

I would highly recommend Richard and his team to anyone looking for reliable people who turn up when they say they will, communicate well, do quality work, and charge reasonable prices.

E.M.B.R did a great job installing our new boiler at our Nottingham home. Since installation, we’ve had the team back round to install air con in a couple of our room. We used EMBR for our boiler service and would highly recommend. The lady I spoke to when booking was very friendly and helpful. We arranged time suitable for us and the engineer who attended was great. Shoes off at the door without being asked (doesn’t always happen with tradesmen) and was efficient and polite. Will use them again for sure, a great service!

Just had my annual service done by East Midlands Boilers on the combi boiler they fitted the previous year. Richard was polite and friendly and always gives good advice to any question asked. Like the instalation when the work was done they cleaned any mess up. We will be having them again next year to check the boiler, I would recommend this firm to family and friends.
