Booked two appointment no one turned up for either had to rearrange work and other commitments for these appointment
Messaged the company with no reply. Wouldn’t hold much hope for the work to be complete if they can’t turn up for the quote appointment.

From the moment we spoke to a representative in a supermarket, who arranged for an appointment to come and see us, who explained the whole process, we haven’t looked back. The workforce were brilliant, worked non stop and were an absolute credit to the company, couldn’t fault the work they carried out.
We are so pleased with the finished result and would recommend Jurassic Home Solutions to anyone.

Bek and Salman did a superb job, throughout the three days. Furthermore, they were both detailed in their explanations and ensuring i was happy with every aspect of the process.

We first become aware about Jurassic Home Solutions at a Country Fair where they had a stall advertising their resin driveways.

We invited this company to visit and provide a quote and it was the usual sign on the day to get a good price.

I provided feedback concerning the works conducted at my home to Jurassic by email for phase one because the standard of the works conducted by Lucca and two other workmen compelled to do so.

Being a senior citizen I have a lifetime of experience to reflect upon and I am bound to say that Lucca and the other two workmen surprised me and also exceeded my expectations.

Apart from waiting for equipment to be delivered or for the grab lorry to tip and return to site they never actually stopped working for a moment.

On day 1 to 3 Lucca had the same workman with him and both were skilled in so many areas and their attention to detail was truly exceptional.

Thursday was an extra day as a result of difficulties on site.

When Lucca arrived with a different person, a Turkish workman who seemed to have super human stamina, both Lucca and his colleague worked flat out preparing the site for the concrete delivery at noon.

Once the hi tech concrete on site mixing truck arrived Lucca was spreading the concrete over the site and the Turkish fellow was on the wheelbarrow delivering the concrete to the area that Lucca was working on.

I actually lost count of the number of wheelbarrows full of concrete moved by this person but the driver of the truck said it was 8 cubic metres.

Plainly this workman is an athlete with a tremendous work ethic, passers by stood and marvelled at your workmen on that day, truly outstanding workmanship.

Lucca advised me that a different team will be attending to complete the job and being honest they have a very hard act to follow.

The resin team arrived today (Sunday) 2 days late because of technical difficulties with the computerised calendar system used in the head office that resulted in a no show on the day arranged and confirmed.

Laying these resin drives is not an easy task and the workmen today have been working every bit as hard as the guy on the wheelbarrow did when the concrete was laid last week.

Fortunately the weather held and the resin top coat went down lovely and looks very nice, some small undulations around the concrete gate posts have been smoothed out and the final look is quite exceptional.

Fair Price, carried out the work as laid out in the quote, on time, clean and it looks great!

The team on site were friendly, courteous and worked to a high standard. The finished driveway looks amazing and has completely transformed the front of the property. The Jurassic team were excellent from start to finish, the office staff were always on hand to help with any questions prior to the works taking place and throughout the works.

The site works were a breath of fresh air with their helpful and positive attitude keeping us informed through every step of the process!

Excellent delivery schedule and the drive was laid by a very responsibleand respectful man who knew what he was doing. Very impressed with the cleaning down afterwards everywhere was hosed down where they had been working.

Professional from start to finish. All workers were courteous and would recommend them. The office staff were brilliant and sorted any queries effectively.

The team were very professional, took great care and paid attention to detail. Despite an accident by an outside contractor, who managed to drop a huge lump of concrete, damaging the path outside the area to be worked on, they made an excellent repair. Mo and Asman were cheerful and polite, leaving the site looking amazing. It did all take a little longer than I expected: two weeks from the start to being able to drive on it again, but very pleased with the result.

Rimi and Shahin were a fantastic team in the preparation of our driveway. Incredibly hard workers, respectful, friendly and polite who kept us updated with all the preparatory work of the job. I am very pleased and impressed with Jurassic, from the initial visit from Gordon who explained the firms ethics, the proceedures, the materials used and finally helped me with my decisions to improve my back garden.
When I decided to proceed, he ascertained the availability of the chosen materials and booked the work in for a time convenient to me.
In due course, Brady and his team arrived and worked really hard to prepare the area for the final resin layer.
Brady takes great pride in his work and was very particular in getting everything perfect.
All the men who came were very considerate, polite and hard working. Everything was left very neat, clean and tidy.
The ladies in the office were very helpful and pleasant, always getting back to me quickly if I had a query.

Well done, Jurassic for your high standards and an excellent result, — I will certainly recommend you.

Almost a Terrible experience …no communication from start to ….waiting for a refund.

However, following a call today from Victoria Williams, general manager,I am delighted and relieved to say that all issues are now resolved in the best possible way for us. Refund back in my account and a lovely gesture of a gift voucher for a local garden centre. Thank you Victoria, you have restored my faith in good business.

Large deposit paid for large patio and pathways around my home. I had to chase repeatedly for installation date and when the day finally arrived they had messed up measurements so badly that it was not able to be done.
Nick in the Bournemouth office agreed to refund the deposit on 7th September ( expected in my bank account a few days later ) and I am still waiting and chasing with absolutely no response and repeated promises for call backs which do not happen.

I feel I have been totally scammed by a company selling themselves as excellent.

The application of the resin bound driveway and motifs by Aldo and his team was excellent; I was impressed by the attention to detail.

The groundworks preparation could have been more thorough, I was unconvinced by the drainage arrangements in the existing concrete; and I would have liked better advice on the edging options.

Having said this, the driveway looks amazing now, especially with the motifs.

My wife and I were kept updated before the start of the work. The first team arrived on time and carried out the first part of preparing the ground work The second team arrived a week later to lay the resin drive. Both teams were very polite and worked in a methodical way. A job well done

The driveway looks incredible. The installation team worked hard confirming with us what needed doing before starting and the options around the garage door, etc. And answered all questions. All finished in a very long day for them.

We've had previous work done by Jurassic home solutions, getting a quote for a further extension to our patio was excellent for start to finish, from rep Andy coming to give quote to completion of work, laying down resin finish was delayed due thunder storms week previous, given another date for 7 days later, all work now completed best decision I've made, sets off rest of garden many thanks Mr & Mrs Smith Weston super Mare 👌

Very pleased with our new resin drive overlay. The finish has totally transformed our entrance area and exceeded expectations. The installation team were very hard working, courteous and cleaned away all rubbish at the end of the day. Great job, well done!

Still no further contact or refund from Jurassic Home solutions. I’m a busy woman and not a
litigious person so I wanted to give them the opportunity to refund. I am now escalating to the small claims court. My payment provider is aware of the situation. I will now follow this to it’s inevitable bconclusion do not use this company.
