The staff were very polite, and expressed condolences. They were very sensitive in putting questions to me. They were able to give me peace of mind.

I’ve had enough of being harassed by this firm. They began by contacting me every couple of months about minor cc debts (£5k) of a deceased member of my family as I am the executor of the estate. The estate has taken a couple of years to settle for legal reasons but despite telling them this they now leave messages and harass me every other day. I have emailed and asking them to stop but they have just ignored me and keep harassing me. I get that they’re only interested in the money but a) it must be costing them more than they’re getting to pursue this debt with all the phone calls and time spent and b) is completely unethical. If they don’t stop I will go to the Law Society.

The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and courteous and was able to help me a lot on this case and also another one

It's a debt collection agency disguised as help. You are hounding me every few weeks for a small credit card debt that was my late Mom's. There wasn't enough money to pay for the funeral, yet alone the debt. There is a house, where my brother with mental health issues currently lives, it will be sold eventually and then I can pay you and get you off my back.

I spoke with Dona & not only was she helpful but was very sympathetic to my circumstances.

The gentleman made me feel at ease ,he explained what would be happening going forward, so now I understand that I'm not responsible for it and that once I get sorted out with dad's finances I call the back and get it resolved....
