Signed up to use Pet Chemist, placed the order. Was notified that order could not be filled as required a prescription. Due to needing medication quickly cancelled order. They still thought it was appropriate to charge my card even though they had no intention of providing the medication at that point. Disappointed money taken before medication dispensed.

Very quick delivery

Delivery time wasn't particular quick. I express posted my script on the same day I ordered and it still took over a week for the medication to arrive - despite me having paid extra for express delivery.

I have been getting my dogs prescription for arthritis now from pet chemist online for 5 months now. I order and with in two to three days it is delivered to me. I also save a lot of money buy ordering with pet chemist as there prices are really good. Would highly recommend them.

I’ve been using pet chemist for a while now and they have been amazing! They give plenty of notice when my repeat delivery is due incase I need to change it and then the actual delivery is always fast and well packaged!

Terrible in comparison to in the past, normally can send a pic of script and they process and I send script to them, I paid for a envelope plus express shipping which was both a waste of money as medicine was not posted immediately, I had to resend photo and still the item was held until script was received resulting in my pet immediately having serious complications. Very very unhappy and has caused my pet to relapse and suffer and now has lost huge amounts of hair and weeping skin from scratching and licking where he could reach forcing him back into a cone.
