Easy ordering & payment , fast & efficient delivery !

I have been using Pet Chemist for a few years now for my dogs medicine. I get a script from my vet and post to Pet Chemist. I order the product on line, with anything else I need and they post the items back to me Priority Paid. Very happy with the service.

I have no problem with deliveries from Pet Chemist ever, They are reliable and efficient each and every time, and the goods are perfect for my dog. The service is something to be followed by others.

I just want to relay how profoundly disappointed I am with Pet Chemist. Been a customer since you opened your doors in Kennedy Dr West Tweed. Having rescued.a cat and fog with medical issues you were a godsend. Now any producy cost discount is lost filling the coffers of transport companies. I wait 5-6 days for products thst ciloukd be collected five minute from where I live. Is it really that cost effective closing the collection point situated in the same facility where the products are kept? Good to see the company has grown so big that customer service is secondary. Luckily have found an online company cheaper than yours and I wouldn't have even known if you hadn't cancelled click and collect so thanks. Ramona James

I missed putting in my script so I sent it express, had my order back within 2 days. Service is fantastic and can't beat the price. Savings that I have every month is amazing.

Fast, reliable delivery of the prescription medicine required by our aging dog Alfie. Less expensive than purchasing from our local retailer

You used to be able to click and collect, but have stopped this convenience! I work 600 metres or live 8 km's away. So, instead I have to wait 9 days for kibble to be delivered. I also ordered tinned dog food from a Sydney company at the same time, same free delivery BUT it only took 4 days to arrive. Probably no more orders from pet chemist unless they improve delivery times.

Prompt service, easy process

Prices are very competitive for a premium dog food. The only drawback I had was the delivery time of about a week. I ended up running out of food and had to buy some from the local supermarket to make do until my delivery arrived.

As always, the process was easy, especially having an on-site script. The medications arrived within 2 days.
