Ordered a replacement back personalised for my chair and it was 1.5 inches too small, contacted them to let them know and asked for a replacement and they did not accommodate this. Very disappointed that I paid for something that I cannot use and they were not willing to replace with one that would fit. Waste of money for me and il have to order another one elsewhere !

My purchase met my needs exactly! The print was clear and the stickers were very easy to stick to most things. My order, however did take longer than I needed it to be to be processed and delivered, but at least now I have a collection of good quality personalised stickers.

Beautiful quality makeup chair and excellent customer service. I had several questions to ask prior to my purchase and a small issue to be dealt with on delivery, and both were handled by Alison promptly and professionally. The customer service response to my questions and super fast turnaround was pretty amazing and delivery was great. The personalised directors chair overall is good but I was hoping it would have a stronger quality to it. It appears a little light and the joints aren’t as solid and robust as I would have expected for the price point.
