Great communication with Monica, responsive, helpful and accurate, prior to ordering to make sure I ordered the right table.
Table is perfect for its use and it came much quicker than I had hoped for via Parcelforce.

Excellent quality.
The product is excellent and the choice of sizes is great. Quality is very good. Ordering process could be improved and a telephone number would be good. However response via email was excellent.

The experience was fine and Monica whom I dealt with via email was exceedingly prompt in her answers to my questions. Unfortunately I misunderstood part of the ordering system by reading the wording wrongly. Possibly some change of wording might make it clearer for future customers.
