Amazing Coffee!
Coffee arrived very quickly. Went for the Winter blend which has a wonderful, deep aroma and warming taste. Lovely coffee. I love getting my coffee from a great independent company that truly care about their coffee and customers. Will be my goto for coffee!

Delivery dates, only 200g and cancellation
Just a delivery dates really. Supposedly on my third delivery now, understood it would be every Friday but the first came on Wednesday it’s now Thursday in week three and no coffee. Also 200 g is not enough to last the week. End result - won’t be using the service anymore as we’ve had to buy back up supermarket coffee.

So sorry to hear about your experience with your subscription.
It looks like your orders go through on a Friday - so it will always be a couple of days after that until it arrives to allow for delivery time via Royal Mail.
We are unfortunately experiencing some delays with deliveries given the ongoing Royal Mail strikes as well - which sound like they may have affected your delivery times. We are doing our best to minimise the impact of this to all of our customers and are very sorry for the inconvenience.
If 200g is not enough for the week we also have options for 250g, 500g, or 1KG to make sure you never run out of coffee.

Excellent Freshly Roasted Coffee
