Very slow delivery/ resolved
After delays over the bank holiday, fantastic coffee arrived. Really flavoursome. I have subscribed but I am going to sample all of their fantastic roasts.

We’re really sorry to see this review — this is the first we’ve heard of any issue with your order.
Your coffee was dispatched on Monday 14th April, as your order was placed at 3:44pm on Friday 11th April, just after our postal cutoff for same-day dispatch. As we’re closed over the weekend, the next available shipping day was Monday.
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class to help keep shipping costs low for our customers. This service usually takes 2–4 working days (but delays can occasionally occur) meaning the latest it should have arrived would have been Good Friday… but with it being Easter Weekend this could explain the delay.

Dreadnought Coffee Amazing
The process of buying this coffee is really simple and there are plenty of options to choose from, I chose beans as I have bean to cup machine. The packaging is brilliant. The product its self smells amazing and tastes great. I will definitely be buying again and trying other products in the range.

Lovelly coffee too.
I gave a 4/5 as opposed to a 5/5 simply because it took a while for the order to actually get processed and arrive (about a week I think). Its not the end of the world and was worth the wait!

Outstanding A***
I’ve just received my fist batch of beans from these guys. The coffee is outstanding. The speed of delivery was excellent and arrived in time for Christmas even though I left it last minute.
It’s a quality product (I ordered 3 x 250g bags whole bean) the packaging is very good quality with great unique detail…it will also make for a great gift for any coffee lover! Really happy and I will order again X

Customer service is atrocious, ordered a bag 2 weeks ago and every 3 days or so I check back in asking for information regarding the order and I just get ignored or told they'll get back to me soon.
