Don't buy tropical fish

Bought brand new fish tank and set it up as you should. Waited for the time scale advised and checked water parameters all was fine. Go to perfect aquatics buy new fish. Within one week covered in white spot. I have not introduced any new fish. Water parameters are still fine. Tank now ruined will be going In store to complain.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience – we know how upsetting it can be when new fish become unwell. White spot (Ich) is unfortunately a very common condition in tropical aquariums and is often triggered by stress rather than poor water quality or fishkeeping practice. Even with perfect parameters, fish can sometimes develop it shortly after moving to a new environment.

The good news is that white spot is treatable, and we’d love to help get your tank back on track. If you can visit us in store or get in touch directly, our aquatics team will be happy to provide advice and recommend the right treatment to restore your fish to full health.

Simple ordering, speedy free delivery !

I wanted some Complete Pond Detox, found it on a google search, ordered a bag, received a couple of emails with delivery schedules etc, 2 & 1/2 days from ordering it arrived with a smiley delivery driver ! Excellent service all round … thank you Perfect Aquatics!!!

I NEARLY FELL OVER….

I don’t live locally but came to the RAF Henlow base to visit a friend who recently moved to this base

We went here to play Crazy Golf which was pretty standard had some food in the cafe which was a little on the ropey side but the price was fair

Couldn’t help but notice a Vape Shop just inside the entrance to the main store. I nearly fell over, REALLY…. A vape shop here 🤣 this completely lowered the tone for me

The owners should of put a sweetie shop or something a bit more in tune with the environment

For me this spoilt the show! I can’t stand vaping and all the bad health implications that came with it

Real Bad shout that one, hence the 1 star, you may of been pushing 3 before that

Poor Show nowadays

Well, I have just spent 45 minutes trying too contact perfect aquatics by phone. Listening too a recording about perfect aquatics new ventures, the cafe and competitions along with Halloween. Then after exactly 2 minutes 50 seconds I get cut off. Redial and the same. It’s not great customer service to not answer a simple phone in 45 minutes. This is one customer who shall goes else where. Shame, Japanese Koi Company used to be very good

Amazing

Great place love going there just to look at the fish and buy them hahaha.
Great atmosphere and have all you need to buil.a amazing aquarium and great staff who knows what their talking about.
