Brilliant bag at a good price, really good customer service, I had a small problem with the first bag I was sent, a small flaw on the strap, I was worried might get bigger, I emailed & had a prompt reply, Cornelia was very helpful, she apologised & sent out a replacement , definitely recommend.
Well made bag for dog walking, can fit her ball, my phone, water bottle if necessary, car keys and treats in. The strap is a bit too long for fastening around my waist even at shortest length so I had to take the strap off my previous dog walking bag for this. The shoulder strap has a lot of adjustment available so it would be better if it was a bit shorter for small people like me.
This company sell a waist bag as seen on dragons den for dog walkers to use for the essentials ! They were very helpful when answering some queries and sent it promptly.
Good product. However, rubber draw string toggle ends ( for net receptacle) came off within first use. In fact lost one. Bit disappointed that one "secure" zip pocket was on inside of main ball receptacle instead of on rear of bag. Makes it awkward to get to and could accumulate dirt from balls/toys. The zip on top cover is great.
