Had a wonder experience at pepperfry.

Purchased sofa and the collections are truly amazing abd value for money.

I purchased a mattress and pillows from the Pepperfry website, and was delighted with the experience. The delivery was done earlier than expected and the entire process was completely hassle-free.

We had bought a side cabinet from Pepperfry and the entire experience from placing the order to having it installed was a breeze. The cabinet needed installation so once it was delivered, their carpenter promptly came and assembled the product. The product itself is extremely sturdy and spacious and it also looks wonderful in our room.

Would surely recommend this to others.

I bought a Solidwood lounger six months ago, which is great value for money. It's very comfortable, and the sofa bed opens up with just one spring bend action. I can't stand pull out sofa beds, which are cumbersome, so really appreciate the design and comfort of this one.

It was very great experience and they have new collections im impressed made a purchase will definitely come back again

I've been shopping at Pepperfry for a few years now and I can genuinely say it's been an excellent experience.
Their app and website are both super user-friendly, so browsing and shopping is quite easy.
The people working in their stores are also quite well-informed because they went out of their way to figure out what I needed and suggested the perfect products to me according to the aesthetics of my home's interiors.

I've bought quite a few stuff over the years from them - sofa-bed, dining table, recliner, bar trolley, bookshelves, smaller decor stuff. And they've all been delivered on time, in proper condition, and were assembled promptly.

Shoutout to their carpenters too; one of them went the extra step to install noiseless studs under my chairs and dining table, even though that wasn't a part of his tasks, would've included his name but I can't seem to find it now.
I also really like the quality – everything that I've bought has turned out well-made, well-finished, quite sturdy.
Plus, I usually found great offers on my Credit Cards along with EMI options.
Suffice to say, Pepperfry is my go-to for buying furniture and home décor. They've got reliable service, lovely quality, and expert staff.

I'm happily recommending them to anyone looking to set up or upgrade their home.

I booked Pepperfry TV unit on 9 August order number - 310485826. After long wait of 20 days and crying, on 29th August your mistri Pradeep ( Mobile 7985781659 ) visited me to assemble TV unit.

He didn't allow me a few seconds to take pictures of the packed box after removing plastic, he was in such a tearing hurry.

After working for a few more minutes, when he was fixing back side boards, I asked him which side these wholes will fall. He was fixing them in wrong manner and still he got angry on me and left the site leaving every thing scattered. Enclosing photos of the same, these photos have been shared with Elante Mall, Chandigarh branch manager Punjit Singh and Warehouse manager Ashok Yadav.

While running away, Pradeep told me "ab aap court kachehri karo".

Please teach manners to your staff before you send them to your customers' homes. Do the background check before you hire someone to send to your customers' homes. Please don't hire or send such goon type people into the homes of your customers.

Please let me know what action is being taken against mistri Pradeep.

Ashok Yadav (7889015208), Warehouse Manager, Pepperfry is a high class liar, totally incompetent, incapable. Always backs out from his own words. He committed assembly of my TV unit multiple times, it never happened. No one ever reached the site on his given time. Till now he was dilly dallying, today he has officially agreed that he can't get it assembled. Please take your product back.

Pepperfry employs the most crooked sales staff who don't let you get a feel of ultra pathetic after sales services. These people are just interested in pocketing the money and they damn care what happens to the customer later on. Punjit, branch manager and chandan Arya, sales person at pepperfry, Elante Mall, Chandigarh did the same to me.

They don't have infrastructure to service what they sell.

They have goons type mannerless mistrys, who will misbehave with you after entering your house. Pradeep mistri came to my house and ran away with in few minutes, after opening the box, left everything scattered and told me "ab aap court kachehri karo".

They start crying it you tell them to take it back. Never buy pepperfry products.

Hello All, I brought a bed in 2023 and it was delivered broken and I thought they have improved and bought couple of wardrobes and again they delivered a broken base piece and although I have raised a refund and replacement request I am not getting closure. Very inefficient customer service.
