I found my adviser Steve Lorenzelli most helpful. He understood the urgency of my request and acted accordingly to meet the 3 month TV guarantee deadline. He was clear on the background data / documents required to provide his advice. Steve also set out a clear plan of action to complete the process on time. Right from the outset of dealing with pension help, firstly i was introduced to the company and what they stand for and how they set about the key points on what the process was. It was made very clear and the timescale to complete. They are a very easy and friendly company to work with.

The whole process of the pension transfer was explained in great detail, any questions clearly answered which was a huge help, once I got to the stage of the recommendation I felt that my gained knowledge was sufficient to underline my initial decision to transfer out. My advisor was fantastic and helped me through the whole process whilst maintaining his professional approach to enable himself to reach a recommendation.

From Start to Finish the experience was very positive the systems used were easy to use it did take almost a month to get to the final pension transfer process. The only thing that could be improved was it took a week or so before I could get a telephone appointment, but other than that the service was excellent.

Jason was easy to talk to and he helped with all my questions.
