I used this company to transfer my pension ,and the service by Simon Litchfield was excellent he guided me all the way and was professional and honest and the communication was excellent,he made everything easy and guided me all the way

My experience of Pensionhelp was that they were accommodating from the start of the process. There were no appointments available for a two week period when I was due to have my initial consultation.
Pensionhelp advised that I should make an appointment for two weeks time but they would get in touch if there were any cancellations,which they subsequently did.
From there, the process has been seamless.
I had a call Steve Lorenzelli to go through the paperwork that I had previously submitted, Steve produced a Draft Report and then we had another call to go over the Draft Report.
I am currently waiting for my pension transfer documentation to arrive in the post at which point I will complete the paperwork and instruct transfer of my defined benefit pension.
Throughout the entire process I was aware that the Pensionhelp staff are aware that this is a very stressful time for Clients and I felt well supported during the entire process.
