It was useful for as long as it lasted…
It was useful for as long as it lasted but then the phone went dead. I don't know if my time was up but it left me a bit confused. However, the pension pot is so small I guess it won't make that much difference to me anyway!

We dont have an email from your enquiry last night. We wouldn't normally respond our of hours anyway. Please could you resend by replying to our email to you last night and we will look into it.

Update: Hi again Andrew, We have followed up on this and understand the adviser spoke to you this morning. We feel a 1 star review for a callback the morning after an enquiry outside of office hours the prior evening isn't particularly a fair reflection of our adviser contact service. Most advisers try to get in touch within a few minutes during office hours, and will make several calls in the first day to try and get through. A callback the morning after an evening enquiry is in line with our service expectations I'm afraid. I hope you feel this is reasonable and will see fit to amend your review accordingly?
