My husband bought me some boots and we had return them as the zip on one of the boots wasn’t straight ad the top of both boots was squashed .We had no apology and to add insult to injury they changed £5 for returning them.
Not the standard I would expect .

As I'm from Germany, I wrote to the support team to double-check the fit etc.
Based on the sometimes less than ideal ratings from the support team, I was expecting a longer waiting time etc..
However, I was pleasantly surprised:
Kimberly replied to me quickly, in detail and meaningfully = thank you
The order was placed.
There was a small inconsistency with DHL / customs / import to Germany.
I then sent an e-mail to Customer Support. This was also dealt with immediately and the response was prompt (Hirah Shah).
Hirah also contacted me again afterwards to check that everything had gone well.

A small note for shipping to third countries / customs countries = please provide the exact description of the items (intended use, quality, material and commercial designation) on the delivery bill / invoice including customs tariff number, otherwise it will not work optimally with the third country / customs 😊.

Long tassel boots:
The look and feel, as well as the material and workmanship, are very high quality.
As Penelope recommended in the video, I rubbed the boots with the leather cream after trying them on.
The size is the same - they are a little bit bigger, but as I generally insert a sole (winter = lambskin sole / summer = leather sole), the boots fit perfectly.

Now I wear the boots and they fit / nestle more and more to my foot from day to day.
Leather boots just want to be worn in 😊

After I had a problem with my order, I contacted the customer services department. I received a reply after only 10 minutes and by the next morning the problem had been resolved. Debbie who dealt with my order was excellent, brilliant customer care service.

Lorenzo loafer ,massively overpriced, low quality and returned immediately .

I was trying to order boots online and for some reason, I was not able to proceed with the payment, even after trying different operations suggested by customers support. I am sure I will be as happy with my new boots when I receive them.

I had a question on sizing and availability. Given my recent experiences with customer services in other companies, I didn't have much faith in getting answers. But I was so pleasantly surprised! How to get the boots, availability, actual measurements for the product. And all the follow up support as promised. I will definitely be shopping here, because I know whatever happens, they truly value their customers

The sandals are beautiful but I am completely in love because of the comfort the combination of the two factors is amazing.

My order arrived super fast and beautifully packaged. The Gabriel sandals are even more lovely than in the photos! I chose indigo and received lots of compliments when I wore them. Best of all is they are very comfortable, the soles are padded and a lovely soft leather.

I've been searching for leather boots and found penelope chilvers online - ended up purchasing 3 pairs! the standard tassel boots in conker, the goldie cowboy boots in bitter chocolate and a pair of low mary jane dali espadrilles in tea rose! They are all so so pretty and very good quality. One of the espadrilles had a default but customer service was great and fast ! As in Canada, I couldn't exchange them, maybe due to the import tax and custom clearance charges, I returned and reordered them - the return was easy & super fast. I was refunded quite fast as well. I was tempted with the long tassel boots but picked the standard size thanks to the mesurements on the website and they are long enough. Very happy with the boots and espadrilles.

Debbie was such a wonderful help when I contacted customer service! This is a company I would buy from again 100%.

Outstanding customer service! I am in the USA and reached out via email for service for a well loved pair of tassel boots. They are 10 years plus and look like the day I bought them and fit like a favorite glove. Responses were prompt, courteous and spot on.
