These extra wide fit low boots are so comfortable I come home and forget to swap for slippers. So happy I now have a black and brown pair, thoroughly recommend them

Incorrect item delivered - 2 left shoes delivered. Limited response to emails to arrange return and reorder.

I’m not so sure I would purchase from this company again. Bought a pair of boots for my husbands birthday. They arrived badly packed to the extent where the boot box was badly damaged, not great for a present at all. Raised this with customer service and received a very poor response, hardly any apology or a knowledge ent of my disappointment, no offer of goodwill or suggestion to rectify. Just simply said they would pass my comment onto their colleagues and team….. Has not filled me with confidence to purchase come them in the future.

I chose Hush Puppies over my usual go-to Dr Martens for my birthday boots and it turned out to be a decision I would regret! They lasted less than 7 weeks with only light wear. The sole cracked internally forming a prominent ridge, so they became unwearable. Such as shame as they were beautiful boots. My Docs all last several years so I am astounded at how poor the quality of these boots must be. I contacted customer services and sent photos as requested but as they were bought through an associated retailer by my partner (secret sales), Hush Puppies took no accountability for their item. So I'm left with no boots and although HP manufactured the item, they don't deem themselves responsible for producing faulty products. Wish I'd seen these trust pilot reviews before choosing hush puppies as it seems my badly made shoes are one of many.

Love Hush Puppies so comfortable. The return system is not good in the way charges a lot of companies do FREE returns. I had to return 2 pairs kept one pair the other two didn’t fit well. I have been told my refund has been issued and could take between 5-7 days to drop into my bank account. I do hope I was given the correct information by Ignatious.

I did not get the shoes that I ordered. What arrived was completely different to the product onthe website & shown lnnthe orderbform

I love to buy this new fashion, genuine leather, really comfortable and high quality shoes for than more 30 years! I am extremely satisfied of their quality customer service, right return policy too. My favourite brand Hush puppies!

The most disgraceful customer service imaginable!
My friend bought me a pair of Hush puppies 18 days ago which have never arrived. They won’t refund or send me a new pair —saying we have to wait another 30 days for Royal Mail to investigate.
But the contracts we have with hush puppies to deliver a pair of shoes 48 hours after the order was in the post…

I’m really cross because I really wanted those shoes and they may well have sold out in my size by the time— if ever— Hush puppies get around to resolving this. It is going to be literally 48 days before they even bother to begin to sort this out!

I had a problem with some boots that I purchased six months ago as the sole was beginning to come away from the boot. I contacted customer services who replied the same day with a returns label for me to use. The refund was processed within 5 days of me returning the faulty item. Excellent customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Bought some boots online but for various reasons they weren't right for me. Ella was quick to reply to my query and sorted out the return & refund very quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from Hush Puppies again - customer service very good and personable.

The headaches are not worth the shoe. It took me 2 months to sort a refund issue.

The shoe is ok, however customer service is beyond appalling.
I had an issue with the delivery and they basically said I had to sort the refund with the Post Office. I've never encountered such indifference. Their attitude was shocking. It has made my overall experience horrible and I would never buy nor trust Hush Puppies again.

Don’t bother. Useless company, charged to return shoes and still awaiting refund after nearly a month so out of pocket for poorly sized shoes. Size 8 more like a size 10. And now out of pocket for return postage. Just awful for a renowned brand. Send loads of emails asking for refund to be actioned along with the yodel proof of delivery…..disgusting!!!! I was very impressed by the high standard of genuine presentation the staff gave to me from top to bottom no strings attached, and the reassursnce I could change my mind and retun the shoes and get a full refund of the money I paid, once again many thanks from John

I agree with people about the returns costs, which are a bit high. I had a positive customer service experience, even though I had to return both orders as they didn’t fit. I won’t order online again, due to the high postage costs to return items

I appreciate that they respond to any query despite taking some time. They do mention that they have high volume of correspondence. The pair of boots I bought ripped from the sole a few weeks after purchase so I reached out to their customer service email. In a few days they responded and asked for photos of the damage. I sent those today and within minutes they responded, apologised and issued a refund.

My wife purchased sin WHITE hush puppies trainers however when they arrived they were light GREY . We questioned the colour with HP who said that the white was a off white and that you couldn’t use the advert to confirm the colour . Really disappointed in there response and to acknowledge that they were not white as shown and said if we order a replacement pair then these could be light grey as well . Other retailers also show the HP trainers in white however cannot take the chance they won’t come grey . Hush puppies are suppose to be a high quality brand but I’m no longer convinced . Beware in what you buy

Had a slight issue with my order but the customer service team resolved it and got me sorted out. Boots are great quality
