Hi Slava,
Thank you for your review - I’m sorry to read this.
This order appears to date back to before we took over the business. That said, we stand behind the products sold through the site and I’d like to get a clear understanding of what’s happened and see how we can help resolve this properly.
Please could you email me directly at dale@peakhealthandfitness.co.uk with your order details and a brief summary of the issue? I will personally review this and work with you to find a fair outcome.

Hello Liam,
As we've communicated, we have recognised that you recently received an incorrect product. My team have offered a resolution, apologised for the issue and offered a gesture of goodwill.
We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, it has now been corrected.
We take all customer feedback seriously. Given that we provided a prompt solution and a gesture of goodwill, we believe this 1-star review is unwarranted. While the resolution took a few days due to the holiday period, this is common among retailers. Leaving a negative review without allowing time for a resolution doesn't accurately reflect the situation.
We kindly ask that you re-consider your review.
Thank you again for your understanding and continued support!
Very helpful

Well found a Ice Barrel i wanted
Well found a Ice Barrel i wanted and order this on Monday, when for the next day delivery. So on Wednesday (was expecting this at the latest) but checked tracker no info or email. I emailed the company and owner replied that there was a technical issue and have resolved the issue. When on the chat bot and all it said was there "looks like we're having some delay here.... Your order has not been sent yet"
Update: today (Thursday) with a message "Just an update: THEFRENCHBULLDOG team is currently preparing your order. Once it has been shipped, you’ll receive a separate email with the tracking number." I received the item on Friday, owner email to confirm the delivery.

Hello Jacqueline, we’ve responded to your messages in a timely manner and sorting your order with urgency. As discussed there was a minor issue which has now been corrected so expecting delivery this week. Our chat bot function is continuing to be developed and is good for only basic product questions. We hope to see you again and you can revise this unfair rating.
