Lovely to get a company that is friendly and helpful on the phone so thank you. We needed an urgent delivery, as us tradesmen always need things in a hurry, and Mel was straight onto it and sent the goods out immediately. Had to ring back for another piece of flooring and John was straight onto it and sent it out. Thanks for the support wonderful company to purchase from. Initially attracted by great price for the same carpet we had seen locally for £100’s of pounds more.
When I ordered it stated approx 10 days to deliver, and that the courier would notify me the day before, all went as promised, the courier messaged the night before giving me a time slot for the next morning, I could follow on line where the Lorry was and arrived as advised, the courier helped me move the carpet to where I required it, excellent service.
I bought carpet for the stairs landing and a different style for the lounge , all measurements were perfect and all carpets are now layed and look really good.
Would highly recommend Pay trade Flooring, will definitely use again.

Great company to deal with, we bought a whole load of carpet underlay and they got it sorted cut for rooms and dispatched when we requested it, cannot fault the service and product great price and availability.

Great customer service and cheapest I could find product. Only negativity was that the courier they used wanted to delivery outside business hours (6-7pm) and wouldnt let me change the time to 9-5pm so had to get good delivered to home address as needed them for next day for a job but other than that no issues with the company

Cormar carpets delivered perfectly wrapped and protected.

The biggest mention goes to the selected courier however - driver was amazing, helping me get 7 carpets (including a 70kg 5m long roll) down a narrow passage with tight bends to access doors at the back of the house in to the only room big enough for them!!
