Ordered two separate pieces of carpet, not only was the price great they agreed to store one whilst we finished the work on the house and delivered once we were ready. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Quick and easy to order via website, carpet size we required was a new production so took a bit longer than usual - around 3 weeks. No problem for us as it meant we didn't need to store them for very long before fitter came. Melanie was more than helpful keeping us up to date at every step.

Good experience with Pay Trade Flooring. They provided our chosen carpet at the best price I could find. The customer service team were really helpful as unfortunately we had a long delay on the carpet due to the manufacturer being out of stock. The manufacturer then only delivered one of the 2 required carpets to Pay Trade which meant a further weeks delay before we received both carpets as they only delivery to our area once a week.

Very good experience from start to finish. Quality carpets at the best price I found. Responsive customer service via email from Mel. Only slight downside (I’m nitpicking really) was the delivery as the courier only delivered to my area on a weekly or infrequent basis so there was a lack of options when it came to delivery dates, but not a huge issue.
