I have been with Payment Depot for the past 5 years and love them. I am torn, as I am changing industry software for my business and they have a different credit card company that is integrated into the software. I asked the new software company to do a rate comparison for me before I make this decision. When he got back to me he said, "These are the lowest rates I've ever seen (Payment Depot)". I love the rates, the simplicity and the customer service of Payment Depot. If I end up changing companies, it won't be because I want to. I highly recommend them.

Pricing is a little high. There are other processing companies that have lower fees. Will be doing my due diligence with other companies and may make a decision by end of year to switch. I have been referred to other processors that are cheaper. With the extent of this pandemic, we are looking to be cost effective.

Karla was very helpful in explaining how a chargeback works. She also called me back in a conference call with Authorize.net and First data. Thank You very much

I emailed payment depot for bank account change. They reached out to me very quickly changed my bank account. I am very happy with their service.

These people called me today and acted like we were being wronged by our present processor. Said there is a problem with our account and we needed to get our records out and analyze our charges. Made it sound like they were enforcement arm of the government or a contractor for the government. These kind of sales tactics are unnecessary. I would never do business with them.

While the setup took longer than it should once we were up and running everything has been great
