I'm very happy that I found payment depot, excellent prices and customer service! I was with Stripe and they were awful. When I send an email or call Payment Depot I get an immediate response and they are always available. They have an excellent system and I'm now actually educating developers on why they should use these guys. I'm definitely a satisfied customer and I recommend them to anyone!

Payment Depot's Customer Service is the definition of what Customer Service ought to be.

I had an honestly great experience getting set up and over the first couple months working with Payment Depot so far. Our account manager Rebecca reached out early and helped through the setup process. We've changed credit card processors a few times in the last several years. It's not enjoyable, but Payment Depot made it as painless as I've ever experienced or could reasonably expect.

Their rates are substantially lower than any of our previous vendors, and they charge the fees in the most transparent way I've seen. It makes accounting for the fees upfront, and logging them on the backend easier. It saves us extra work we didn't really think about before. All around making the switch to Payment Depot has been a huge plus for us.

In a world when most people do the minimum it was nice to work with someone that did the maximum.

Great customer service and competitive pricing

Fairly new customer here, only a couple weeks in. But so far my experience has been exceptional through and through. Our sales rep was incredibly patient and helpful; the person in charge of review and bank approval was responsive and knowledgeable; and the customer support agent I spoke with regarding an account issue was a true pro.

I was drawn to Payment Depot because of their transparent pricing and the promise of significant savings. But the savings aren't even the best part. Having a team of professionals who are kind and attentive has been the greatest part of changing our card processing company.

Our office has been using Payment Depot for the past few years now. Other credit card vendors/competitors keep trying to solicit our business, but not one single competitor can beat Payment Depot pricing. Overall processing, statements and customer service are great. We just opened a new location, and guess what, Payment Depot is our processor and honored our original contract and pricing! Thank you Payment Depot!

I have been researching for a couple weeks now and could not find anything. Then I found "Payment Depot." The service was amazing, they were super nice and explained every single question I had perfectly. The only reason I give it a 4/5 and not a 5/5 is because I have only been using this for about less then a week or so and don't want to rush anything. But for starters, definitely amazing and would 100% use this website again.

Overall, this company helped us get going and started in the industry. As with most payment processors, we found other options that were better for our business. We have no complaints about service or otherwise operational complaints. I can’t really say we have any complaints of any kind as this is a great company. However, being a third party company does costs end users more. Going direct through First Data or Clover can save you in certain instances. But if you have a large volume business, then this might be the better fit.
