They are always very helpful and accommodating. I really think they are the best credit card processing company for any business.

Working with Payment Depot is the Best.

As a small business we completed a lot of research prior to choosing a payment processor for our credit cards. Payment Depot was the most attractive for us and we are extremely happy we made the choice. The total fees we pay including our membership fee are a fraction of what it would costs us elsewhere.

In all of my interactions with Payment Depot I have been nothing but completely satisfied. Their sales department is very knowledgeable about their services. The customer service agents are so easy to work with. We started a new business and needed to close the account for our previous business. All it took was a single interaction with Cole R. and he got everything taken care of in a breeze, allowing me more time to focus on running the business.

Great responsive service and solved my problem quickly

This company provides prompt, friendly customer service, and their setup for making online credit card payments is easy and user friendly.

Payment Depot is a decent processor. I like the website/app itself. However, we have issues with it running obnoxiously slow. Like, what feels like a full minute just to process one card! It's ridiculous. Now, I don't know if that's payment depot or not, but if it weren't for us selling the business, we would no longer be using these services....

Cole is the representative that I spoke with about my issue. He got the ball rolling right away. After I submitted the forms, my issues were fixed within 36 hours.

I have been using Payment Depot for the past year and a half and the fees are drastically lower then my previous credit card processor. I recently needed to make a change to my account and Cole was very responsive and professional. 10/10 would recommend!

Great rates and good service

I contacted Payment Depot a couple of times over the past two days. First let me say that we've been working with them for about 1.5 years now and I've had to call only 5-6 times.
I cannot recall the name of the young lady that helped me process a partial refund and taught me how to do it myself in the future. It was somewhat unique and starts with a "Y." Possibly Yahna or something similar.

In addition we recently moved. We use a home office as our legal address. I looked around the web portal and realized I could create a ticket to request that our address and email on file be updated. I quickly received a reply from Irene confirming that it was only the legal address that I wanted to update. I appreciate that because I can see where a mistake could be made which could cause issues. I confirmed that it was indeed only the legal address and email address and within a very short time, I received a follow-up email (at my updated address) from Irene letting me know that the updates had been made!

My experience with Payment Depot over the last couple of days has been great. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and polite and had a great attitude! It's really nice to know I can pick up the phone and receive excellent customer service. I feel like that's a huge part of making a business successful and far too many companies overlook, or simply don't understand this. Providing good service is always important, but how you treat your clients shows how much you care and appreciate them. Never underestimate the tremendous value of great customer service!

After several hours and phone calls trying to get my 2 accounts set up, I had the good fortune to be connected with Zach Blankshain. By the time I spoke with him I was quite agitated and fed up and he was patient and explained everything and was successful in getting both my accounts running properly. He even called back when we were disconnected due to my error. It's appreciated when someone takes pride in doing their job well. Good job Zach.
