I have always received excellent customer support from their staff. This time is no exception. I was charged errorneously the monthly data fee when I activated my new device. Called their tech support and explained the problem. They reversed the charge and made sure it won't happen again. I have been a customer for over 4 years now. I would highly recommend Payment Depot.

In addition, Zach (who transferred the call to Cole) was very helpful and a great representative for your organization. Lastly, I cannot recall the person's name with whom I spoke a few weeks ago (who gave me a refresher on using the Swipe Simple device since we haven't had a charity event in more than 18 months) -- but he was so kind and helpful walking me through all of the steps to be sure I was comfortable in advance of our upcoming event. Even though we are a very small business (and do not generate much revenue for you), you treat us as if we are your most important client. That is what excellent customer service is all about.

My local bank provided easy to understand bills, was trustworthy, but the rates were 1%-3% higher than I wanted to pay. Paypal is simple flat 3% rate, but owned by a villain. And a couple of the processors I tried turned out to be absolute frauds, Chinese banking "pirates"! They wouldn't even send me a monthly bill unless I paid an additional $16.99/mo! The Terms and Conditions of my contract were a #404 page on their websites! They wanted me to pay $9.99/mo to have an online portal to my bill! I mean, are they kidding?

To top it off, when one took 40% of my Christmas sales and I called to quit their "service", they threatened to sue me if I didn't pay their "early cancellation fee" of $295! I called their bluff. Who hires a $2000 lawyer to recover $295? They didn't even have the guts to put it against me on my credit reports!

Thank God for Payment Depot! They're as trustworthy as my local bank, and they charge 2% less. They transfer funds to my account quickly, normally next business day. Their bills are plain, no "new fees", no trick charges after the fact. And they are able to work with my custom website. I am so thankful that I found them!

Excellent customer service and transparent billing. Complete opposite of the big companies that you can’t get in touch with and hide their exorbitant rates and hidden fees.

Irene Ky was very helpful with getting our to merchant accounts changed over from one bank to another for our auto pay. I appreciate everything she did to getting the information I needed to make the changes and that information back to where it need to go to get the ball rolling

The issue we had was resolved accurately, efficiently and politely in less than 24 hours. Service has always been amazing!
